These guys are really amazing. This particular location is the best car rental place Ive ever rented from as far as customer service goes.

If I could give it zero stars, I would do it in a heartbeat. Took the best coverage, which was premium, checked the car took pics before leaving. Then 2 weeks later, checked the car back, took pictures, no damages whatsoever, and low and behold , when I got back to D.C. I got charged the deposit amount to my credit card. I was warned numerous times about not using Europcar. I definitely will advocate to family and friends never to use them! I still didnt get a reply back from anyone after sending in a complaint btw.

The car was neat and clean. however they need to keep their maintenance updated including replacing wiper blades. I drove home in a storm on 6 august and visibility was non existent as the wiper blades would create a sheet of water as soon as I used it. I was on a farm road without lights and it would have been a great help if the wipers were in good condition.

Great service last car I hired wasnt clean,due to loadshedding at the time but the staff quickly sorted that out working in the dark.

Great location and great staff. Issue came up when I was overcharged 3 days after returning with no explanation by $600USD. Called and spoke with office manage Ronde Basco and was told this was an error and would be resolved. However, still trying to get it resolved almost 10 weeks later. Unable to get any response via email from Europcar organization - corporate or South Africa offices. Involved my bank and they are taking over. Will not use Europcar again

Never dealt directly from them as it was a insurance claim for rental car. Was told to fetch the car which I thought they deliver and collect and made my planning a little difficult for those 2 days

Clean and pleasant, but 1 person working on a Saturday resulted in 4 attempted calls going unanswered (incl no answering machine / call forward feature).

Europe cars r very very bad, they give us time n r not in office, their office is closed at 11 am instead of 12 am on a Sunday, we have been to 2 locations now , we havint got the car yet, we have prepaid for it
