Julie at Cabs was just so helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Their service upon both delivery and drop off was extremely friendly and efficient. To be honest, I wouldnt bother with any of the big Multinational car hire companies again when visiting SA when you can get value for money and service such as this from Cabs Cars.

Found CABS car hire easy to deal with from the first contact, they emailed regularly, all questions answered.No hassle pick up at Johannesburg airport, hand over very quick and efficient.Same for return, just called to say we were 1 hour away, and we were met at the airport for a swift hand back......Fantastic service!Having been out to South Africa 6 times from the UK, this was easily the best car hire we have had, Highly recommend them !My cousin lives in Pretoria, and he will be using them also!!

Staff very cooperative getting online reservation sorted out. Rep was ready and waiting when we arrived. Car was polished up and all the bits and pieces (spare, jack etc) were there. When we arrived back at the airport for departure Rep was in phone contact with us and the handover was smooth. We will definitely use CABS again.

We made use of CABS CAR Hire Cape Town in January 2015 after finding their contacts online. Julie was friendly and very helpful via email. I was expecting possible hickups since the company does not have a car bay at the airport in CT. To my very pleasant surprise the car was delivered and collected timeously and smoothly. I was impressed! For the same price, the vehicle we received was more spacious than the one initially booked and it exceeded our expectations! Definitely a 5 star service!
