The service I received from Xtreme Car Rental was top notch, the booking process was hurdle-free. Even with the refund; they do not delay with the refund. I would highly recommend the company for car rental.

I recently went to Cape Town and made use of Xtreme Car rental. I made the booking about a week and a half ahead. I send them the required document that enabled me to pay with my debit card. The day before I flew down I called their office in CT to confirm. When we landed someone was there to take us to the vehicle. The vehicle was spotless and clean. We did all the checks, signed the papers and swipe my debit card and we were off. They met me on the date of return at the BP garage at the airport, they then drove with us to the drop off zone where they took the vehicle. Less than a week back at home and I received my deposit back. Will definately make use of Extreme car rentals again in the future.

This car rental.company offers the best prices and good quality vehicles. The service offered by the Cape Town guys is 1st class. I have used many other rental companies in the past none that can match the service offered by Xtreme Car Rental.

I will not rent a car from the airport again, this company picks you up at the airport and drops you off for free. Its less than a 5 min drive from the airport. They are much better priced than the airport companys. The car is squeaky clean and feels new. Thanks for the awesome service!!

I arrived in Cape Town in August of 2020 and was unable to get any form of assistance from the normal rental companies at Cape Town International.Thankfully, after a google search, I came across the details of Xtreme Car Rentals, where I was assisted with nothing but a smile and willingness to provide me with the services that I needed to make sure that I could travel around Cape Town on a budget.The car was amazing, as was the service. When I went to drop off the car when my rental was due, my phone was low on battery and my requests for an Uber were ignored by uber. Because I wanted to pay cash, you made me jump through hoop after hoop after hoop, all of which I complied to before you then rocked up with the wrong car.I was initially offered a Polo Vivo, not a Toyota Aygo. Then you have the audacity to pat yourself on the shoulder for not charging me a fee for not renting me a car.If anyone had bothered to ask me before they got here if my Chinese debit card will work on a South-African card machine I could have told them, no, but noone breathed a word about that.

The service is extremely good. They give you a good car and return your deposit on time. The staff is friendly and willing to assist anytime. The only down side I experienced was that they have me the car late and I had to wait for about 20 minutes while they still prepared it. Besides that Im absolutely happy with their service and I will be using them again

Werent aware of our booking when we arrived so sat in the office for an hour waiting for them to organise a car which meant we were late for our plans. Quite a old car we got in the end too.

Really poor service. Our car was broken in and when we contacted the company we were told to call back the next day. Not ideal in our hour of need!The GPS we got was 29 months out of date and after it caused much confusion at road networks, we had to stop using it due to danger prevention.After collecting the car at Durban airport, we had to pay the car park fee to exit. Its the little surprises that are not appreciated.Company lacks the professionalism and clarity you crave when traveling to the other side of the world.
