Booked a car online via Sixt, needed to pick up the car at First car rental in Belville. Turns out afterwards Sixt/ First cashed an 92 euro extra from ur credit card. Costs are NOT specified, or agreed at the final bill. We already bought all extra insurances so where fully covered. Send a couple of emails to Sixt and First car. No response.

Decent service, new cars and affordable prices, however I havent received my refund for the deposit.. Almost 3 weeks now. Knowing that I delivered the vehicle without a single scratch.. Ive tried calling and no answer !?

Little bit disorganised getting my rental car collected again but fortunately had no problem to credit the extra day added to the account.Otherwise a pleasant experience with little fuss and car delivered in perfect clean condition.

Terrible experience. Scammed! Never use this place. Even though I filled a full tank of fuel they still billed me. They look for any reason not to return your rental deposit!
