Went for a Multi Point Check, and a few days later had to return for a Roadworthy. Abdus assisted me on both occasions and was professional, extra-helpful & explained everything. I went early in the morning on both days and so avoided any queues.

Great service. My car didnt pass the first time but they thoroughly explained faults to me and the importance of it being fixed. I did that and my car passed. Personnel are very efficient and friendly. I will definitely use them again in future.

An absolute hole. No indication to drive around the back of the storefront. Then when I approach the receptionist she takes 20 minutes to serve 2 customers. There are probably 5 other staff members sitting at the back doing close to nothing.No explanation of the process, just gives you a form and asks for money. I didn’t even know if they going to do the inspection. My car is parked in front ahead of everyone else in one lane but the other lane in the shop take priority. Beyond poor.

I found Dekra to be OK for what I needed to do. Their explanation process wasnt great, I just happened to see people standing in front who then told me what I needed to do. Otherwise there were no clear signs of which way to go. The admin staff were not very friendly, I had to ask more than once what I needed to do, and was told theyd be with me now, but no explanation offered. The inspection was done fairly quickly however, and the processing and payment was done fairly quickly when they eventually helped me. I think the whole thing took about 30 minutes or so, and we were about 3 people in the queue.

The Worst road worthy station iihaveIIever been to.That place is so dirty that it actually smells bad. Staff do not want to even be working there let alone help you.Took 35min to just get someone to listen to what i wnated done.

Took my car for an evaluation and the only thing they told me is passed. It would be nice to explain to customers what each test machine does.

Spoke to a technician and said I need an Uber inspection and was charged for a roadworthy. The manager then spoke to me and said it was my fault because I didn’t tell the secretary it was an Uber inspection

One of the worse and most expensive testing centres I have ever come across. Unfriendly staff and most of them have bad attitudes like they are doing you a favour to test your car. No explanations of anything that is happening to your car. I wouldnt recommend this testing centre to anyone.

Stood infront of 2 of reception staff almost 15min extremly rude talking about things that happened on some weekend .not a hello or anything i had to ask if i can get service....rather go to another road worthy this place sucks 1st time there never againHow do i rate no stars you guys dont deserve a single 1.Btw thanx for my certificate ...u suck!
