Super service from Chantal and the team at Thorp Suzuki N1 City even the manager took me on a test drive what an awesome guy very funny too. They gave the best advice and great deal on my tradein car. Chantal suggested a second test drive took the Spresso up Plattekloof hills handled even better than I expected great respect for this 1lt car. Super lite on fuel it has 27 lt tank I did 600km on full tank but then empty lite started flashing not sure reserve tank range but did another 20km before refueling. Very happy with my purchase 😍😊👌🙏☺️

My wife was so excited to get a car and took the time out to find the right one. We were disgusted by the service, delivery and after sale service from Thorp. I have never come across a company that makes you jump through so many hoops in order to get your car, which is paid for upfront!!! Then it takes a further 2 days to apparently valet it and when it is collected, there is no petrol in it! I mean to sell a car which was advertised as 5000kms on the clock, but realistically is sitting just below 7000, and then still make the customer wait and not give them any petrol!!! What an absolute joke. I will definitely send future car buyers to another Suzuki store or another brand completely!

Booked a test drive some time ago and when I arrived at the N1 City Thorp Suzuki dealership for the test drive, there was no vehicle to test drive. This after I had informed them over the phone (prior to booking) as to which exact make and model vehicle I was needing to test drive.Then I was told that I would be contacted when stock was expected to arrive and I was given a tentative date of possible stock arrival, that date having been from 21 July 2021 onwards. At this stage I was dealing with Nico Muller (manager) who informed me that he would contact me when stock was available. Well, to this day (8 September) I was not contacted. I did however receive an e-mail from the consultant but only after I had commented on social media.....and there was no apology nor any acknowledgement of why I had been left and not gotten back to.So all in all, trying to arrange to purchase a new vehicle, was a waste of time and effort because they have no interest in their job and their customers.
