Bought a BMW 118I. Fast forward 31 days and my sunroof is stuck open. I contact the Munroe guys and their response is that its outside of 30 days so legally I have no reason to be contacting them.I challenged this at which point Wayne calls me and asks that I take the car to McCarthy to check out. They quote me R8000 to fix the issue. I contact Wayne again and they advise me that I should claim from motor insurance who only covers R1000. I asked if they would consider helping and Wayne advised that theu would try to find a cheaper alternative and look at what they can do. Its been 3 months now and they havent contacted me. During this time Ive had numerous issues with the car from oil leaks and worn out bearings.DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE. I WILL NEVER REFER ANYONE TO THIS COMPANY.
