I suppose there is nothing wrong with the servicing, but their planning and booking vehicles in could be changed significantly for a much better client experience. Especially if vehicles are coming in for a recall they could stagger the bookings and accommodate people that dont work 9-5. Suggestions of this is just plain met with thats not how we do things. Important to note however, the staff are very friendly.

UNBELIEVABLE!!I called this morning just after 08H00 and asked them for a quotation to service my bike....3 calls later with no success and still waiting....it is now 11H27. How long does it take to give a client a quotation??????

I took my car in at around 16:40 for an issue with the lights. I believe I have to get a new switch for the lights. Came home and later tried to call them again to find out the price of said switch. I believe, according to Google maps, that they close at 18:00. I called them at 17:35 to try and find the price of such a switch. The phone just rang. I will try and call again tomorrow. So, does the dealership close at 5pm or at 6pm?

I have walked into Honda Tygerberg showroom 3 times to buy a new bike cash including this morning. The salesmen ignored me again. Unbelievable! Off to Honda at canal walk tomorrow.

Scratches on my car after the service and Godfrey (the sales manager) denies this of course. Its way to crowded in there so a mistake could happen, but then you take ownership. Never going back there.

Honda Tygerberg - between Neil and Chris in parts - not sure who is more incompetent and arrogant. They ordered the wrong part by mistake, and instead of trying to help me resolve the issue, I was promptly referred to the fine print on the invoice which I received after paying for the product where it states that they dont do refunds. I got stone walled right there, would not even give me Honda SAs number, got told to Google it also got told by Neil that he has 13 years experience & Chris that Besigheid is besigheid. Well I took their part to their competition and they swapped it straight away for the correct item, without asking questions. They obviously value their egos, pride and self preservation more than the return business of a Honda customer. These guys need serious training in all forms of the trade... Neil and Chris finally proved to me that dealers are stealers.

Big applous, one of the SPs with most helpful and friendly staff I have dealt with and I dont mean the sales people, dont get me wrong, they are just as friendly and helpful, but I am talking about there after sales people. Usually at most places they make these big promises and are very friendly TILL you are a client and then it is one fight after the other to get any service. But not at Honda Tygerberg, they make you feel like family. There is only one problem and that is that they are extremely busy and you have to book your service weeks in advance. This is probably because of the excellent service they provide.

The manager cared more for his shortterm profit margins on one specific deal than for our longer term relationship and potential future business. This would have been our third new Honda in 4 years. I cant believe the service that I just received from Neil in the parts department. My cars battery is flat and I cant drive anywhere to replace it and just asked to verify that Im getting the correct battery from a known battery dealer and he refused to help me JUST because Im not buying it directly from them. Ridiculous to say the least...
