The Mahindra Scorpio bakkie is great value for money. However, the service at Cape Gate is unprofessional and the workmanship is dangerous. They did not stamp the service in my service book and failed to deliver the book to me after I had had to return it to them. After the service I heard a squeaking on the brakes and took the vehicle to a private brake fitment centre in CT where they informed me that my brakes had been fitted dangerously. The brake specialist in CT wanted to call the dealership and reprimand them for bad workmanship.

Best service and excellent people. Truly shows that evin in South Africa customer service still exists.

Good service received from workshop manager. This guy knows his job. But the rest of the staff is not helpfull. After sale service is pathetic. 11months and I still dont have a logbook. Had to vehicle to Mahindra Goodwood to be repaired properly .
