Nice wide selection of cars but when I walked into the second hand section, I wasnt greeted by a consultant until I asked a man sitting in the front. He said he was busy with training and said he would get someone else to help. The person sitting in the front of the dealership shouldnt be on training there, he should move to the back and do it there rather.

The sales person, Cameron was knowledgeable although hes been with the dealership for a month. He went out of his way to get the car we wanted to test drive from another branch and took us through all the features and extras thereof. Great service indeed.

Worst service ever! I bought a car from Luke Bonnet in December 2017. Two months later and Im still waiting for the registration papers and number plates. Luke and his managers dont return our calls. To top it all Ive now received a traffic fine for R600 in Jan for my old vehicle.

The worst pre-owned car dealer Ive dealt with. They promise you the world, but once you sign a deal they treat you like they dont know you and like you dont know what you are talking about. Watch out for Renier and Shane.

Terrible after sales service. I should give you 0 stars. I went in to Hyundai Tygervalley, bought a pre-owned on the last day of the month. Transferred the money immediately out of the goodness of my heart as requested by the sales person Riaan (I assumed he wanted to make target for that month or something). Almost two months later Im still waiting for my rear number plate to be delivered to me as they ordered the wrong one initially. NO contact has been made with me AT ALL. Thats the thanks I get for going out of my way to assist you. Ive had to purchase a number plate myself. You owe me R170 Hyundai Tygervalley!!!
