I bought my GWM steed at Thorp Plumstead in 2018 and took a 5 year service plan.Over the 3 years Ive been in for a service on numerous occasions and received excellent service. The staff were always friendly and professional. I futher more received text messages concerning the progress of the work done on my vehicle. I also had a few warranty claims which was sorted out in a few hours. Fast,friendly,efficient and on time work is what you can expect from Thorp Plumstead. I had a really good experience with Thorp Plumstead when my GWM VGT 2.0 Steed 5 went in for its 10,000km service last week. The reception and young lady who did the evaluation of my double cab were polite and highly efficient. During the course of the day that my vehicle was in the workshop, I was informed of the progress the technicians were making. On collection, all the querries I had made were comprehensively answered. I give Thorp Plumstead 5/5 rating and will definitely recommend this outfit to my friends and colleagues for their professionalism. Patrick

Super impressed by how easy the admin process was. Demo vehicle was driven out to me all the way from Plumstead to Stellenbosch. Darren was super helpfull and prompt with my queries and I took delivery the next day. Nice to see service still exists.
