I contacted this branch once, while in the process of buying a vehicle. Their service was poor and I was able to get a better price through other Ford dealerships (most Ford branches could get me better prices, with the Paarden Island dealership in particular giving me the best price).Now, five years later, Im still getting harassing spam smses, Whatsapps and emails from these individuals. Ive been assured multiple times that they have removed me from the system and will stop the constant stream of garbage, with absolutely no effect.Buying a vehicle involves a lot of interactions with the dealership after purchase. If this group of people are to incompetent to remove someone from their marketing list, do you really want them handling your this admin for you?

Came into the store to have a look at a couple of vehicles I was interested in and was completely overlooked. There were plenty of staff and salesmen on the floor doing nothing but chatting to each other and playing on their phones. I am a big client of Ford N1 city and I have never experienced service like this there.

I asked the service advisor for a quote to have my annual service done. Quote was emailed to me and I accepted the quote telephonically. Go to the dealer and guest what,they told me they forgot to add the spark plugs and labour to have it replace. I had a bit of a bantering with the service advisor about and demanded that this be covered by them and not me. How can you quote a client then tell me you forgot to add certain small items which now pushes up the price?Last time Im taking my vehicle there...😑😑😑

I have been servicing from here because the previous owner was doing the same. They have consistently failed to update their database to my details from the previous even after countless taking of my details. I wanted a repair done and tried to book in my car for two weeks and just kept being told I would get a call back. It never happened. When I called in again, I had to redo the entire process because no one was paying attention to actually order the said parts or even update my details. Very frustrating!.

I would not recommend them for various reasons: 1. I haven’t been contacted about my car’s recent service. 2. They lost my service book. 3. They returned my car unwashed and made me wait an hour for collection after telling me it was ready. 4. I was told that the person working on my car had not been to work in weeks and was facing disciplinary action. 5. Possessions were taken from my car. 6. Completely overpriced! What a rip-off.I’d recommend Imperial Ford Cape Town instead.

Terrible and overpriced. They let me leave the workshop with a bolt missing from my car, leaving me to drive with terrible sounds coming from my engine. I went back and they admitted to not putting a bolt back. Then another staff member said it was just something loose. I explained that they went to fetch the bolt infront of me. Not acceptable. Careless work could lead to bad accidents. I will never go back.

I went there 2 days ago to make an appointment for my cars service & to get a quote of what it would cost. I was asked if Id need to be dropped off after leaving my car there. I indicated that I would.I left my car there this morning. Staff were friendly & helpful, especially the young lady who was my service advisor and had booked my appointment and coordinated the entire process, the young man who did a pre-service inspection of my car, and the lady who transported me from the service center, a real people person. When my car was ready to be collected my service advisor called to inform me.What impressed me & why Id go back:1. Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable staff.2. The quote Id been given was extremely accurate.3. Id lost my ID but theyd found it in my car (under a seat probably) and left it in my cubby.

When buying a new car:Get it in writing, every single minute detail of the deal. You can rely on nothing verbally. Do not trust that the salesmen are giving you an accurate description of an accessory which you have not yet seen an exact and full sample of yourself. Do not pay a single cent in advance for any part you have not yet seen with your own eyes and received in your hand. Do not assume that ordered parts will arrive by the dates stated by the salesmen. Do not be taken in by smiles and bible verses. Know and despair that this is a deeply chauvinistic industry.These views are my own.

I was assured a lift after dropping my car and one back to collect it. I dropped my car at 7:30 and request a lift to get me to campus in time for my lecture at 8. I was told an arrangement would be made. I then had to wait until 8:05 to leave as the driver hadnt put any petrol in his car. Further I had to sit around as other people who arrived later than myself were given lifts ahead of me. As a result I missed my entire lecture. To make matters worse I agreed with the driver that he would collect me at 3. By 3:25 I had not heard or seen from him and a call to Mekor proves pointless as no one could be found. Eventually I was contacted by the driver who said he would be delayed a bit and wanted to check on someone else first, but hopefully only until 3:30. This was at 3:29 and the driver had clearly not left Mekor yet. Im extremely disappointed in this level of unprofessionalism and poor service, it session to show a lack of concern or care for the customer and our time.
