Ford is a top brand. Their vehicles especially the Ranger, just blows ones breath away. The salesperson at Novel Ford are friendly, very professional and extremely helpful. My next car soon, will most certainly come from Novel Ford.

I had the best service from Jandre at Ford Paarl, my drivetrain light came on, and he had no problem waiting for me to drive from Bellville ( were Ford Tygervalley could not help me because they were to busy) with no appointment to run a diagnostic on my bakkie.That is why i will always go to Ford Paarl for service and Sales, and not use the dealerships close to were to me, because of the Top Service I always receive from Jandre @ Ford Paarl.

Ive used Novel Ford a few times for various small replacement parts. If they dont have stock then they order it in for me. Also had a few number plates made here too. Good service in general. Occasionally you need to wait a little if they are busy.

I have bought 10 vehicles over the last 3 years around the Winelands, and always had some sort of issue with regards to customer service from dealers, but not this dealership. Christo Mathee is next level. He really went out of his way to provide the best service. From the moment I phoned his number on the ad, he was on top of the ball. He immediately added me on whatsapp, I sent a location pin and he brought a vehicle through from Paarl to Stellenbosch for a test drive. He is open, honest and I felt that I could trust him immediately(Im usually very weary of salesmen). He organised some things to be sorted out for the car, he makes sure everything is perfect for the client, and on a Friday afternoon fetched me after work in Stellenbosch, took us to the dealership for collection in Paarl and then we sorted out the docs. Before I left he said, if there is anything I need or want to ask about, I can contact him at any time and he will assist me. I have dealt with many salesmen, but Christo is really just next level. He is really good at what he does and any dealership should be extremely honored to have him on their team! (He deserves his dream car, the red Ford Raptor!)

Love it when you buy a new car from a company and when it breaks (under warrantee), they fix it, but only then informs you that they no longer provide service vehicles. However they do provide drop-off and pick-up service with one minivan.Then, at 16:00 (after calling to confirm pick-up) the Service Manager gets a junior staff-member to call you and tell you, that you are out of their way and you will have to make your own arrangements.

Only reliable Ford dealership in the WC that Ive found. The Imperial/Motus group are useless and Halfway are not even half decent.

Be very weary, Ive signed an OTP. Ive send signed OTP to the sales manager and acting sales manager Lucas, copied in. There were more correspondence exchanged, finance was approved and invoice was requested and the following morning, Lucas, the acting sales manager, notified me that the vehicle was sold.I would really like to understand how this is possible. Maybe if someone can explain on this forum or on any other platform where I will publish my situation. (Vehicle still on viewing floor).

Not very willing or eager to assist with a simple warranty fault on Ford vehicle, understandable that they are working with 50% staff, but to have to wait 2 weeks for aassistance is ludicrous for something that could be resolved in 10 min

Reception Lady was totally overloaded with answering the telephone calls, customers waiting to pay and NO fleet card support or lack of knowledge. It was not possible for her to focus on whats she was doing. Especially one hour before closing time and all clients rocking up to pick up vehicles.

Took in my car for a service. Can not fault them in one single aspect. Perfect 10/10 service.

Dont take old models Ford to them. Just when you think the car is done, they surprise you with another defect. They are more geared for new cars. During the service they lost my camshaft. This added an extra week to the repair time. Just as I left with my repaired car, I had to turn around to have a busted water pump looked at. Doesnt look as if they really took the car for a test drive.
