Very spacious shop with staff attentive and helpful when asked. Prices reasonable. I find all their outlets have staff that have good product knowledge.

Called earlier this morning to find out whether they had the Hail Trousers in a specific size, asked me to wait and was put on hold for at least 5 minutes by Megan - so I dropped the call & tried calling again... No one picked up, tried calling another 8 TIMES before someone actually answered & they never even bothered to call me back even though the guy I spoke to prior to Megan said they would call me back...

I would never shop at this Cape Union Mart. Myself and 2 friends just got to the entrance when some red headed staff member sternly tells us to sanitize, since the sanitizer was not easy to see and was further into the store. After that she turned her back and completely ignored us. I was going to buy 2 jeans there but changed my mind after I felt the vibe of the shop. It was like sanitize and now get lost. Pretty irritating actually.

Top notch service!! I am still amazed at the assistance from Alan and Marco this morning. I had creased my jacket and was not sure how to uncrease it. It was no problem for them to get the steam machine, organize a surface and steam my jacket right there and then to restore it to its original state. Very rare nowadays to get service of that caliber.

Getting list in this store is my favourite thing to do and somehow i always leave with goods i didnt know i needed (**) and an empty wallet. 😍

I like the stuff they sell, but walking around in the shop is exhausting. The vendors ask you if you still ok over and over again. It feels like you re being chased to buy something, which is overwhelming. It reminds me of a Moroccan zoco.

I was totally blown away by my visit to this store. i needed a new jacket.the shop is huge, and the decor makes it feel like one is outside. the shop feels like one is active, if that makes sense. everything was spotlessly clean, and it had an air of being cared for.i was helped immediately as i entered the store by a knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient assistant. he quickly helped me find what i was looking for and made the whole experience effortless. the cashier was super friendly and efficient.

Being a lady with big feet, I find purchasing shoes a nightmare but thanks to Chriss incredible assistants I found a pair of comfortable K-way sandals and K-way walking shoes. A big Cape Union store with lots of stock. Highly likely that you will find what you looking for due to their size. A cold room, rock wall, rough walkways all available to test their apparel before buying.

Just wanted to say thank you for the amazing service at your Canal Walk (outside) branch. We bought a jersey 2/3 weeks ago and noticed the seam on one of the arms came loose and was clearly not stitched correctly. I went to ask for a return or exchange and the salesman greeted me very friendly at the door and helped me very quickly and brought me a new jersey. Great service!!

The outdoor branch at Canal Walk is the best Cape Union Mart in the Western Cape!Stocks poetry clothing as well as Old Khaki.It has a temperature room so that you can test out the jackets.Everything under one roof.

The staff of the Canal Walk Shopping Centres Cape Union Mart sold me on 16 march 2021 three expensive but wrong universal connection travel adapters!!! I requested and explained very clear that I need adaptors to use my devices (mainly laptops) with S.A. plugs in the UK. I asked them 3-4 times if the offered ones would be correct for this purpose because on the boxes was only information about the UK socket outlet (three pin). When we arrived in Europe on Sunday I had to realize that they did not match (i.e. the S.A. plug do not fit into the universal adapter)! Very enjoying and frustrating since we could not use our laptops for important home officing and home schooling needs. But Mr. Krawitz/CUM gained its profit, congratulations!

On the 1st floor parking lot, large store is excellent, better than the store in the centre. They have a large sale and discounts section on upper floor. Nice space to walk around in and great variety. One escalator going upstairs and two stairs going down. No wheelchair access to this area

Beautiful well spacious store friendly and helpfull staff

Visited this shop for the first time yesterday... It is huge not just a for a quick visit, so any things to see any thing you can think of you will find it there. They even have a cold room that is minus 2 degrees for you to ware and test the clothes and camping gear. They theres the rain room to see if the rain protection will keep your clothes dry. Then upstairs they have a live exhibition of different spiders with their threats something for you to look out for when you enjoy the outdoors. Very interesting and can lose a lot of time in that place, but if you love the outdoors you will love this place!
