I visited the store this morning and asked for assistance with my walking sticks I was assisted by 2 gentlemen who went out of their way to fix my problem. In no time the problem was solved.I am so grateful for excellent customer care and REALLY caring about a frail person!!

Good selection of shoes, clothes and camping equipment for a fairly small branch. They did not have the correct size shirt for me, but I could order online and collect in-store 2 days later, with Pargo option. Very happy customer!

I got a nice shirt in my 4xl size. Young assistant was very helpful.

I would like to thank your staff and particularly Jermosni Hartzenberg, for excellent service in helping me sort out a problem. I took two LedLenser flashlights in for repairs and Jermosni spent a lot of time cleaning the contacts and testing the flashlights. In the end he got them both working again and it was not necessary to send them in. He saved me time and money, since I would have paid a handling fee and would have waited 8 weeks for the repairs. Thanks once again!

Very small store catering for local needs. Selection is very basic and seemed to be only clothing. Staff are helpful and efficient. You need to go outside the mall to access the store.

Cape Union Mart is one of our favourite stores, stocking everything you can possible imagine for the outdoor life. Great selection and good pricing. Staff well trained to give good advice.
