Went by to look for a jacket this eve- had the most friendly and impressive service! Simone helped me and she is fantastic! Everyone in the store is extremely helpful, passionate and friendly. They didn’t end up having my size so she ordered me one from another mall for delivery to my house! Would give more than five stars if I could. Great team and management!

I received such good service from the sales assistant in the ladies section, I think her name was Nolu. She was very knowledgeable about the types of jackets and coats on offer and very patient with me even though I was so indecisive! The new synthetic down K-Way jacket options are very warm and much more affordable. I just love the quality of the clothing thats sold at this store but the prices are a bit steep.

Excellent service from staff. I was impressed by one staff member in particular, Nash (who is usually based at the Canal Walk branch) and went above and beyond to assist me. Excellent retail service deserves to be recognised.

A big Cape Union Mart that is well stocked with lots of staff to assist you. They have sanitizer at the door and are following all the necessary protocols.

The place is clean and they scan and sanitize you before you enter the restaurant, when I was there they adhered to social distancing which was great, the food is amazing definitely going back.

Today i visited the store and male manager with blue and white shirt directly insulted me, insinuating that the prices in store was above my level. I cannot believe that in era you still find people degrading customers that walk into stores. Is it the clothes we choose to wear because we comfortable and not to your liking. This guy does not deserve to be a manager no customer etiquette and arrogant. This guy belongs in a warehouse picking products and bot interacting with consumers. He cannot be the face of a company where tourists enters, or is it that this store only operates for tourists and not for the people of Cape Town. Disgusting to have someone with such an attitude filling a post of a manager. The young lady i spoke with outside, not sure her designation cashier advised me to speak with the female manager who will be on shift later today. Ill end with saying disgusting, arrogant and degrading manager.

Best outdoor store in South Africa. You can find anything from socks to Mount Kilimanjaro apparel.

The sales consultant, Tyren, is amazing! He is professional, courteous, respectful, knowledgeable, helpful and downright humourous! My experience at the Travel&Safari store was awesome. The best Cape Union Mart with friendly staff.

Lesson to the lady manning the door today. Perhaps you misunderstood that I wanted a larger shoe and not a refund, even so, next time pls make the experience a little less intense for shoppers, I was made to feel like a criminal and accused of lying. Not cool at all.

The Cape Union Mart at the Victoria Ward Shopping Centre is run by an excellent team of staff run led by a very competent manager, who’s name means “the one that nurture.” A team is as good as its leader, and a nurturing leader always gets the best out of a team. All were good natured, open, funny and fun to deal with. Their advice was spot on and service impeccable. The shop may be the smallest of many Cape Union Marts I’ve been to, yet it is the most helpful and best managed I’ve encountered. Five stars to the team and another five stars to the manager!

I dont mind paying a tad bit more for what is on offer here at Cape Union Mart. Every item I ever bought from here lasted for ever and a day. Whether it is my backpack, sleeping back, hiking boots, shirts, trousers or sandals. Quality products, all of them. Not once did i feel done in by what i bought.

Last time I go to this store, after having been at least twice a month since they opened. The staff is more concerned with having a party than helping customers. I waited 8 minutes for the specialist to assist me, but he was on a long and cosy chat on the phone, and ignored me and his colleague. Why do the staff all shout to one another. Are they all deaf? When I asked to see the Manager the staff all laughed and said he had gone home. And it showed.thanks but no thanks. If you want pleasant shopping and good staff assistance.....go elsewhere!

I bought gloves,pants and rain coat from kakway before I left for overseas.All 3 items broke with in the first 2 weeks.Terrible qaulity.They buy from China and then stitch a SA label on.Disgusting.

One of my favourite Cape Union Mart branches!Very spacious with and upper level.Lower level has a lass floor section where you can see the water.

Found what I needed, on special offer no less. Theyd sold out at the big store, but there were some left in the smaller store near entrance 1. Welcoming service from pretty girl on till.

Good shopping experience. Prices for some products high end.

Pitiful customer service. Initial long story where I received confirmation an item was in stock and then not sp when I arriced at the store. Cape Union Quay 4 promised to get back to me regarding this item, never did. Spoke to one of the managers, Miriam, who said that they will see if they can get stock for me and they will notify me whether they get an item or not. A month later I speak to the manager again after I never heard back from them. Her response is that they couldnt find anything. I asked her what about the fact that they would get back to me, and her response is but they couldnt find anything. Lovely to see a manager taking accountability.

Had the worst experience via telephone with the staff at this Cape Union Mart. Phones three times and specifically requested swan down jackets which they identified, kept for me, and when my husband got there (drove all the way) they kept the wrong ones aside (since they do not know their own stock/colours etc). Spoke to the manager who did not take accountability fpr THEIR mistake and blamed it possibly on a trainee. Now jacket sold out over the whole western Cape. Thanks a lot.
