We just bought a tent from here and the service was WOW! It took a little while before someone came to ask if we needed help but once they did the gentleman that helped us was amazing! Camp and Climb have been around for quite a long time. The Camping equipment is of high standard. I purchased a nice little camping Table there today. I have noticed that there merchandise has shrunk a bit, there is not much in the way of Clothing anymore. The Staff are friendly and helpful.

We live in Vredenburg and phoned to enquire about mattresses. The lady on the phone said they have a huge variety to choose from. After a 90 minute drive, on our way to a 7 day hike, we stopped at Camp and Climb to get our mattresses. Not only was the 2 ladies behind the counter extremely unhelpful and unfriendly, they had limited stock! So we had to settle for what we could get. There was one guy who went out of his way to help us. Unfortunately I cannot remember his name. A very friendly young, african guy. I will never shop here again. Ever! Rude, unfriendly and expensive!

Fantastic place .

Spent about 9k on a canvas tent (tentco) at the paarden eiland branch. On my first outing with the tent the eyelets started to pull out. Took tent back to camp and climb, they would not replace. Tent is less than a month old. Said they cant replace but can send in for repairs, (fair enough), catch is it will take 2 Months! I use the tent every month so not a viable option.Poor service from Camp and Climb.
