The store is well stocked with a good range of products, at affordable prices, there the occasional specials too.You can find anything from the basic daily stamples items, to good quality, fresh produce, sauces & tinned goods, to household detergents & even party parifnaila, along with many others useful items.

Find it clean and good quality, however they are expensive. For a quick need it will suffice but not for monthly shopping. Their baking is great.

Poorly stocked. No pork products or liquor. Staff seem miserable. Their takeaway food is rubbish.

Staff are always friendly and willing to assist where needed. Shelves are always stocked with the basics and some extras. Freshly baked products are always a good enough reason to pop in on your way home. You can also go for a walk at the Common afterwards.

Lovely staff. Surprisingly broad variety of coffee and sauces. Everything you should need in a pinch is available here, too.

This KwikSpar is conveniently close-by for me. It has a nice range of baked foods from their bakery, some ready-made hot food for takeaways, meat, vegetables, and most basic food items. It also has a pharmacy. Their customer service is good.

Appalling bad takeaway food! This is unacceptable, popped in by to get take away pies and sausage rolls for my staff, the food was horrific, I was already gone far away when all my staff found the food was revolting, so I tried, indeed, disgusting...Owners should be ashamed of themselves! I would have thrown it in their faces or made them eat it!

You can find most things you need in the kitchen! Pet food alittle pricey here rho but other wise good service.

Not as extensive as other Spars, but theres parking behind the store so thats a plus.

Their fresh produce is rather expensive, but everything else is good. Also note that it is Halaal so there are no products that include pork.

Really have given this place the benefit of the doubt and tried them repeatedly as I live nearby. I have bought food that had gone bad from them 3 times. Once a chicken wrap that was raw all the way through as well as a pasta salad that was fizzy as it was off. Dont be surprised if you get stomach problems after visiting here. Parking is a nightmare with cars almost crashing into each other. The baked goods are hard and stale and the queues long

All the other SPARs (and I have been to many all over the Western Cape) charge R8.00/R8.50 for their (own baked) white bread. So, today I went to SPAR Westerford in Rondebosch, Cape Town and they want to charge me R11.50. When I spoke to the manager, Chantelle, she said that this is a different SPAR and they make up their own rules and at this SPAR they charge R3.00 extra if the bread is freshly baked, they charge R8.50 if the bread was baked the day before. I have never seen any SPAR or retail shop charge R3.00 more for their bread because it is freshly baked. I think it is a complete rip off!!! They should be ashamed for doing this kind of thing and also in this economy and crisis it is absolutely absurd! I will never shop there again.

They dont have screens to see how much your items are being rung up for, so when I checked my slip two of my items had been rung up for a significantly higher price than what they were marked as. The manager was completely unapologetic. Make sure to keep your slips and check them after shopping here.

About as average as Spar can get. They have a couple well priced wheat based foods in the deli and bakery. Not much in terms of healthy food. Veg is lacklustre and salads lack diversity and are overpriced. Its okay though.

Its ok.. clean good checkout. No pork bangers or beacon.. part of Rondeboch daily breakfast... they should downplay the religious aspect and like woolworths make a working plan.

This is an okay Spar. Average selection of groceries. Their deli and bakery (halaal) is really good though. Parking here is a nightmare.

Its a medium sized Quick Spar. Ideal to pop into for essentials but not for monthly groceries.

The spar doesnt have as wide a selection as it used to but it is still well stocked even if it could use a makeover! There is also a medicine dispensary which potentially makes it a 1 stop shop.
