Not very clean on the outside in the parking area. A lot of beggars. The parking terrain needs maintenance,pot holes. I dont feel safe outside or inside the centre.

Safe next to the taxi rank ,and not far from the police station .

Prices is fair , customer service needs major attention , long lines at checkout points , the parking area became a hangout place for drunkets and drug users . parking area drug den and a shebeen spot

Its great and so very awesome of shoprite and partners to have the Xtra savings card thanks for this it helps and is very needed.👌I just moved to this Kuils river area and decided to do my monthly grocery shopping at this shoprite what a night mare❗The till point queues go deep into the aisles so u cant even shop, not all the tills are open theres no manages on the floor to monitor the till points its to full to shop and theres completely no space for social distancing.Honestly I much rather went over to pick n pay that day and havent wanted to shop at Shoprite Kuils River again.But on a different occasion I was forced to go in there this was during the week and it was less packed with customers so I got to see the store and all the many items there was instore and Im impressed with the range of items the bakery wowed with the range of fresh treats and the service, and I was shocked at just how many items are actually on special at the local shoprite.So basically, just get all the tills open and running smothly👍

Im a frequent shopper in this area,we have a p&p as well as a ShopRite which I normally visit.The management have a nonchalant attitude and they are never available.The till lines are slow and cashier chew bubblegum and chat with till Packers which never smile, Supervisors walk with a big customer care band but no sense of aiding u in any way.The shop dont have a wheelchair friendly environment that why I reluctantly give them 1 star for being open.

Good place for dry goods but fresh food is not up to standard and prepacked fruit and veg tend to go bad within days.

My 1st time shopping there not really Shoprite Im upset with but the guys giving away sim cards who was trying to con me out of my money insist i must give him a R50 to put in some data grab my phone out of my hand I did not like that very disappointing

I love the place not far from other big shops near by main road that makes it easier to access, good Customer services, baggage keeping place on site and kept well.

Quite a big branch. Has (amost) everything you need. Checkout staff is friendly. Feels a bit dark (low lighting) at times though, and the equipment (like fridges) seem slightly neglected. Also feels like floor staff is forever blocking the isles, packing and unpacking. I go there for the savings though, and theres definitely a lot of that to go around!

Shopping hours is convenient but need to take the walkers further away from the entrance....

Creap bought sour sweet corn from the Lady that was clue less of what she was doing didnt know the price of cooked sweet corn though the prize was there 4.99Then got to the front till charge different prize from the what you have seen ,I will never recommended to anyone

Staff Friendly and helpfull. Not enough paypoints available to service clients. Also trolie and basket limited. Hand sanitiser at trolies nothing
