WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS BUS SERVICE TO ANYONE.Driver of the bus incredibly rude and aggressive in front of public and in front of clients.The driver of the bus stopped traffic to a stand still in stellenbosch when stopping at the stellenbosch hotel. He held up traffic in both directions of Dorp street and then when confronted (not only by me, by other people in traffic) he then starts swearing and gets aggressive.Appalling service, no morals, no manners and downright rude.

If you are looking to make a bus trip in South Africa with a group, I can highly recommend this bus company, we have made 2 x a month trip in South Africa with this company, and I must say a 100% reliable partner , we had 1 bus failure and within 2 hours a new bus was ready for us to continue transporting us, Protours has several branches in South Africa and can therefore respond to any incident. Protours has several types of buses, from small to large. Asking Protours for a quote is the best choice, maybe a little more expensive than the rest, but reliability in South Africa is a requirement.
