My husband was on a bus from wlWelkom to Bellville 1. It arrived more than 3 hours late2. It broke off/ran out of diesel 2:43 hours after departure in the middle of nowhere🤔🤔3 Drivers went to look for diesel but AWOL till morning. Living passengers stranded alone💔💔.4 No assistance on their phones all their offices5 The bus pulled into a filling station to put diesel and the company card declined so they were delayed for more hours waiting for the company to make a payment😠😠Sorry to be rude but your service is K*k maan😡😡

Eagle Liner service it is soooooooo terrible, Ive been using other buses almost half of my age but I havent ever experienced service like the one I got at Eagle liner ever. I took a bus from Gqeberha to Cape Town yesterday, Yhooooo what a shock the bus is dirty full of cockroaches, I am very disappointed Eagle liner team.....please pull up your socks to maintain the standard of service that you giving to your clients....not mentioning the delay of the bus.

Rudest service people I have ever met. Ever. I actually laughed because I couldnt believe it. The bus had a black bag instead of a grill in the front. When someone pointed out how bad the condition of the bus was, the conductor person at the depot and the driver told him that no one paid him to take the bus. They didnt invite him and he could have taken another service if he wanted to.The tickets are really cheap, but do not expect to get treated with human dignity and respect.Edit: When I got on the bus, the driver asked me why Im taking this k*k bus with this k*k company. LMAO. I am still in disbelief.

Took a bus from Johannesburg to Cape Town on the 12 of September. The bus got delayed by 1 hour 30minutes and no one had the audacity to come tell us what was going on. Upon boarding the bus, the bus drivers were rude and had no proper way of speaking to the passengers. While we were at that, police boarded the bus and searched our bags without telling us what exactly they were looking for or why our bags were searched. The bus had no proper air conditioning and the heater was on the whole time whereas it was hot. Worse experience ever, never boarding the bus again. This was my first and last time.

Only take this bus if youre very desperate and naive... Not safe at all, covid19 regulations are not taken, bus is overbooked with some people standing on their feet throughout the journey and very late arrival

Literally worst bus Ive ever taken. It was over an hour late, I had to wait at a shady garage for longer than expected. When I got into bus it was making a funny sound until it eventually stopped. No one came our rescue, as I am sitting it has been over another hour. The bus is so uncomfortable itself with its unprofessional drivers who dont even wear uniform. It was my first time in this bus and the VERY LAST! Your service is so damn pathetic

Worst experience ever and Im never putting myself through that ever again. First the bus was soooo late we had to wait in some room at their offices for about 2 hours and they lied saying the bus was 20 minutes away. 😣 when we got in your drivers were being so rude to the passengers already in the bus and were complaining about the conditions. 😞 we were not sitting according to our seat numbers and I was sitting so uncomfortable. Absolutely disgusting service. Paid for ticket, received confirmation. Domestic lady stood outside Richmond garage and bus just drove past - never stopped to collect her. Called the offices this morning and complained. In broken English I was informed she can get on next bus (omw). I demanded a refund as I certainly do not trust this company. Not recommended at all!

Bus was very late when i tried to complain to the driver i was very shocked with the response. The bus was supposed to arrive in Riversdale by 03:10 am and arrive in Cape town bu 07:00 but the bus was 2hrs late , the call centre is also not helpful at all when i asked them eventually by 05:10 am asking i was told the bus will be there in 10 min which took 20 minutes to arrive. I must say the second time i board in Cape Town the bus was on time , the drivers were soo helpful and friendly but the bus is too old i prayed from Cape Town to Riversdale. The buses need to be serviced and also the toilet inside please guys we came to Cape Town with the Blue line buses so your bus is not different from Blue line and Montello buses try and improve your buses.

I have traveled with many different busses before. Eagle Liner is by far the worst experience I have had. I never write reviews. This is the first review I have written cause I just cannot describe the dissatisfaction I feel. I booked a bus with them. On the day they called and said they no longer taking the same route and canceled my ticket. I am still waiting to be reimbursed the 300 I paid for the ticket. I will probably never get my money back. Travel with intercape.

The bus has delayed for 6hours and I had to call to check whereabouts it was difficult for the liner people to communicate to me frequently. Im mot gpi g to use this bus ever shsim and it is not well serviced 😢😢😫It had stucked twice on top of being late.Im not going to make it to work imagine

I HAD THE WORST EXPERIENCE WITH THIS BUS COMPANY. Our bag was stolen and yet I am still waiting for them to come back to me. Everything is very unprofessional, we did not get any stickers for our bags and the fact that they do not care about my lost bag really disgusts me. Word of advice for anyone considering taking this bus, do not do it. You will have a better experience with any other bus company.

The coach Im in has no toilet. When I asked the dark skinned driver said, You just got into the bus and you want to pee already Im traveling with my mom, she cant keep getting off and on the bus with that very steep step.The chairs are so small, theres nothing luxurious about this bus. On top of that, it was supposed to have left at 17:00, its 45 minutes later no one is saying anything about what is happening, theres no update whatsoever. All the driver says is Yah ndiya hamba ngoku.This is my first and last time shame. Our luggage wasnt weighed, there are no luggage stickers. For a long distance bus to not have an inside the bus toilet! Your drivers are so rude, to extend that they will get up to your face and speak in an ugly manner. My husband, the customers and myself which are at this moment are traveling with your busses are disgusted by the way that they are treating us. The bus was delayed by a hand full individuals passengers that kept a full bus stationary for an hour , staff all seem to have something on their minds wasnt friendly informative about basic information like how long we are stopping to stretch our legs etc. The coach itself seem to be on its last legs there was real concern if we will make our last destination a horrible noise could be heard from the beginning of the trip, the temperature within the bus must be said my trip was during the winter season was at 31 degrees Celsius uncomfortable if you take that the bus was at capacity , I wont make a return trip with them , however I met a few nice individuals passengers that made the trip more bearable

This bus is a disgrace on the 30th September took the bus from cape Town to uitenhage on N1 way to Paarl the tyre burst it took 2hours for the mechanic to come now today the 7October the bus suppose to be here at uitenhage at 9:30pm we were not informed or so ever if the bus is running late we called a couple of times the lady on the customer service kept giving us false information she tells the other passenger over the phone that the bus is going to be here within 10 mins, and tell other one its 1min she tells me its 5min when the bus finally arrives there is only one driver for the whole night and there bus tyre is burst again I mean eagle liner dont care bout their passengers he doesnt even compensate their passengers because they are at fault I mean really after so many calls we made and so many hours we waited in the cold now at 00:06 they send sms to communicate for a bus that suppose to be here at 9:30pm we suppose to be at work by tomorrow morning I mean really will never use this bus again the driver comes with attitude dont even attempted to apologise to us for the delay how can let one driver to driver so long hours alone eagle liner is putting our lives and our childrens life in danger😠

What a bunch of Cowboys, not organised at all and poor service. Please stop dealing with these cowboys as they are probably not good at heading cattle.
