I enjoyed the ride. was a bit too full considering we in a pandemic, bit other than that, the experience was great. amazing view. the sunrise was breathtaking.

The station itself is ok. Relatively safe. A little more regulation of mask required.

The bus was too full and remember there is covid as well .no space no bathroom .it was just stuffy and driver just drove after we stopped and did not even ask is there someone who is not in the bus. It was just a terrible experience

The worst bus trip ever. The driver did not adhere to Covid regulations at all as bus was over loaded with passengers - he drove 7 hrs without stopping and another 8hrs without stopping on trip from Pietemaritzberg to Cape Town. Bus arrived in Cape town 3 hours lateThe passengers were threatened by the driver who was short in height.Wearing a white shirt. Walks with slight limp Bus Number 902.Bus left Thursday 23/9/2021 8.20am from Pietemaritzberg arrived in Cape Town at 12.45pm on Friday 24/9/2021Passengers were left hungry and thirsty. This complaint is extremely urgent and needs to be dealt with.I will be lodging a formal complaint as he deserves to be fired. I expect to hear from you soonest. Thank youWesley Peters

You booked a sleepliner, expect comfort and safe arrival and guess what.. Bus wasnt properly serviced.

On my 1st return trip from Pretoria did not drop me off at Cape Town station as booked on my ticket but drove all the way to Bellville and said that I must get off as I was only passenger on the bus and I did not know the area at all and it was scary to say the least. My daughter was waiting for me at the dropoff in Cape Town and had to drive all the way to Bellville to collect me. Bad service 🤥🤥

The place is clean but you need to be careful is not that safe but the are security man so pls be careful

Great service, what I love the most is the fact that they keep time. Comfortable seats too and the aircon was just a cherry on top as I travelled on a cold and rainy night. The only down side was when the charging port wasnt working. Had to ask the person who was sitting on the other side to connect my charger on the port that was on her seat.Besides that, I loved the service and would recommend my friends and family anytime.Keep up the good work Intercape.

It is great traveling with Intercape. It is very comfortable and clean. I would recommend this bus to any one who needs compatability and a peace of mind while going home to their loved ones

Had to fetch my niece at 9 pm at the bus terminus. What a nightmare experience. There was no security in the terminus while there were 5 security officers 9n duty sitting with their feet up Im a tiny room at the entrance. I was constantly harassed by the most unsavory characters lurking and preying on passengers getting off the bus. Saw a woman getting robbed of her luggage and myneice was harassed by them too. I have never felt so unsafe

Would appreciate if i get my money back as bad service i experienced and I sent u an email. Intercape is bad I dont wish others to utilise ur services and how I wish Grey Hond could run again. Stucking along the way twice with no explanation from the drivers its stinking. Ive lost a job because of your poor nd bad service...

Very poor service from night shift. Payment made via USSD and unable to send proof untill 9am in the morning and payment was due at 2am. WhatsApp support is a dummy support as not fully functional and no superior on WhatsApp support as they insist you to call there call center.

Bad experience the standard of the busses dropped tremendously. Seat cant ajust the spaces in between the seats are so small one can hardly move your legs. The drivers is unfriendly and didnt interact with us even when i thank him at the end of the journey he didnt respond at all. Thumbs down fot Intercape iv been traveling for years now but because the Sleepliner was withdraw and replaced with Mainliner i wouldnt recommend this bus services for such a long route. No social distance at all on the bus. Shame on you Intercape.

Nice n peacefully cruise, thank you to the drivers.but just one advice, drivers need to try to accomodater all the Nations interms of language ,not only Xhosas use Intercape,there was a change of tyres somewhere,we had to inform each other as what happened, why bus had to stop,apparently change of tyres.

Terrible experience every time. I know workers are doing their best. But no covid protocols are followed inside the station, too few people manning the gates, and unclear announcements. Ive had to take the bus multiple times over the past 5 years and every experience has been bad. Its horrible that this is what people who cant afford private transport have to go through. I know this is a problem for the higher ups to solve because I can see the people on the ground doing what they can.

It was a very comfortable and safe. None of my items got missing. Keep up guys. You are going a great job to save South Africa. All staff members are very helpful and hard workers.Every trip I have hope to reach my destination on-time.

Quite chaotic. No sanitizer whatsoever. No social distancing in practice or distancing stickers (1,5 m apart for qeues) or other signage. People standing all over the place with no designated areas or for old people to sit. Porters and Drivers are however very friendly and helpful.

It gets very packed in the waiting space, otherwise the service from intercape staff is great

Its okay, located near the train station. Gets very busy most of the time with people in transit. But always expect reliable bus service from intercape.

Its a little bit expensive compared to the other buses, but they make up for it with the comfort of the bus.

The trip was good bus arrived in time ,Aircon and heater available the only problem was refreshments stop they only stop after seven to eight hours

The station is open and easy to navigate around. You can not be lost.

Good buses and the drivers are nice, but very poor customer service at the front desk almost everytime I use them.

Not as bad as the last time even though there is no social distancing imposed. The Intercape side is clean as always and the bus is on schedule.

Social distancing is non-existant. There are so many hawkers that overwhelm you, there are a few people who seem freindly enough to help you, but 9/10 they are going to ask a ridiculous amount of money for their services. The biggest concern though is the disregard for Covid-19 policies.

Toilets smelling n not working poor service

It was not good as I know because some passengers they throwed boiled eggs and broken glass on the bus floor,the bus got stucked when we were approaching Moselbay and the bus drivers didnt communicate with us.

One lady staff member addressed us in a very rude and abrupt manner while waiting for our tickets to be confirmed. Both drivers very friendly and drove us safely to our destination.

It was very uncormfatable to sit outside on a chair that u cant even relax,compared to the chairs inside Intervals offices.

Very crowded, and you have to askaround most of the time where to go. They should digitalize the check in stations, with name of route and time of departure it will then help a new comer to just read and automatically know where to go wothout feeling confused.

ALERT - Intercape does not take Covid too serious, bus was full. I had the best seat, right in front of the bus. It was an overnight trip, TV screen on from Knysna till Cape Town. Drivers both very helpful, excellent music and well in time.

Services closed, no violent. People have no long distance transportation.

Not the best ride from Pretoria to Capetown, but the problems was sorted when we complained.

Not many Covid precautions. The bus service was on time. The bus station is not clean and car guards are very pushy.

Your staff thats weighing bags must get their house in order they must arrange passengers according to their departure times its always a mess when you have to weigh your bags and get a tag

No effort is made by the station or the bus services to implement a system to speed up the check in process. Very disorganized, a free for all. There is a group of petty criminals hanging around near the entrance, witnessed multiple petty thefts, and no security guards in sight.

It was very disappointing I brought ticket for my mother and 3 year old but the child didnt have a sit and she put the child in her lap from cape town to eastern cape they said the bus is full...how can the bus get full when theres still 2 outstanding sit for 2 peopleWhy we have to pay for children if we going to put them on the lap SO DISAPPOINTED

Premises are accessible to anyone including mentally disabled people who sometimes harrass travelers. Need to put security guards to screen those coming in without purpose. Otherwise it helps travelers to relax before their bus arrives.
