In store they are very friendly and helpful and quick but I get my things delivered and I have had so many problems with the delivery service because the people that are unloading the trucks are very rude and dont put it in the correct place.

Managed to get exactly what I was looking for with help from informed staff.

The sales personnel and staff on site are great. Problem arises when you require follow up such as a delivery date or a follow up on the delivery of an order. Was told by a rep today when querying a delivery, that he is only passing on a message from his senior. Puts a bad taste on an otherwise great place to shop for building supplies.
