Horrible experience at the paint desk with Faizel, was no help at all. Had a list of 3 colours and a chip from my wall and asked them if they could advise me which of the 3 colours were closest to the chip. No attempt to match the colour and just told me I must tell them what colour I want, didn’t even bother trying to match the colour to my list AT ALLAnd then went to the manager who was even less helpful.Last time at Buco for sure

Check opening times! Sat 08.30 to 1pm, so missed them again! But got there in business hours today and staff were very helpful and friendly.

Better priced than Builders Warehouse on the items I bought. However, not sufficient presence on sales floor to assist customers but counter staff are superb and very helpful.

Very conveniently situated, quite well stocked, and the queues are usually short, so its in and out which is important for contractors. The only gripe is the lack of a loyalty scheme.

The service was really not good. The gentleman who was suppose to assist had time for all other clients who represented a certain color and gender. To top it, after an hour of finally being served an error was made and I had to wait even longer for them to rectify

They recently had a massive renovation! Wowzers - look much bigger and easier to find items. Rather good selection of hardware and depending on your project it is the ideal one -stop shop.However if you are working on a large development, I would highly recommend you talk to Charlene and get a designated sales representative for your project. They really do move mountains for you
