I often frequent the store for supply and each time Ive been there. I had to scan down the aisles for assistance. Please get more staff on the floor then having then grouping/gathering behind the counter.

Being a bit of a DIY maniac, Ive been a regular at Jack Hammers Hout Bay since we first moved here in 2017, and have always been very happy with the friendly service and good selection of hardware.

Really good range of products (Im able to do almost all of my DIY shopping here) plus a full range of paints. Staff are great too, friendly and helpfull all the time. Parking can be a trouble sometimes (not mostly) so build in some time to wait for a spot.

Wide variety and great service. Parking is a nightmare though.
