Tried to call and had to be put through to the paint department several times because no one is available or on the floor that can assist. Wouldve given three stars

I am always greated by very friendly staff and get value for money thus walking away with more than intended to by.

Service in the paint department was non existent. Waited a total of 10 mins, before I got told to go look for a colour. It took more less than 10 seconds to choose a colour. Came back, had to wait again..eventually left the store went to the paint store next door, got served as soon as I walked through the door. Went back to buco afterwards to see if I would get served but again has to wait.

Make sure of your purchase before you buy anything and need to return it.Clearly I did not read the small-print on my invoice!Apparently their returns policy includes a 10% handling fee, and in addition, no credits after 7 days.

Is there an option for -☆ ? I regular hardware stores, and this is the worst hardware store I have ever been to. 3 of the many staff members I had to go to to ask for assistance, were on their phones.When at the teller, lady asked if anyone assisted. I said no and commented on sales staff being on their phones. She never apologized but rather continued sending a text on her phone!!!!! Followed by ringing our goods up incorrectly. Making us have to point out her mistake. Again no apology.

Friendly service, did not have the product i needed but advised where I could possibly find it.

I usually get really good service when purchasing from this store.

Unlike other stores where you stand around waiting forever, there were staff in all departments, didnt need to wait and all were really helpful. Selection of all the things you might need for most home based jobs and decent range of inventory for business requirements too.

Always a spot on place to come find what you looking for, pity about the prices, they are always more expensive than builders wharehouse.They should at least offer trade counter for us tradesman as we are more aware of current costs than the odd customer.

Good assortment of building & DIY items & stock. Staff could do with an attitude adjust though. Some think they are doing you a favour when they help you. Also lacking a bit in parking.

Very poor service. Im sure going into the store is fine if you can find what youre looking for but do not order anything from them. I waited months for my order that never came & I had to cancel it, which took another week for a refund. With no apologies or correspondence along the way. Just very unprofessional. I spent too much time chasing them up and never being called back.

Generally my 2nd choice for hardware, cant say exactly why, maybe I am just not mad about the layout, but others tend to start here. Store probably appeals more to builders than DIY shoppers.

Its ok. Staff are not readily available to assist. You need to seek out someone to get help. Once you do they all for assisting you with what you.

Disgusting service. The staff were arguing loudly with one another and using bad language. We went to pay at an open teller. She doesnt politely tell us to use the next teller nor does she say a word (not even good day)Instead she cocks her head and shifts her eyes in the direction of the next teller. She was the middle teller. Also there is no one on the floor offering assistance so finding something takes ages. Mica are more expensive but there service is tops and they spend time explaining how to use a product.
