This is the 2nd time the sales department dont communicate with dispatch and only part of the order is loaded. We spend massive amounts of money but this lack of service is appalling. Would definitely not recommend Buco Brackenfell

I went to get a price for OSB board. They did not have any stock, then the guy took my number and said he will get the price and phone me back. He never phoned.

Definitely a win for me. I found the sales staff (Bradly) friendly and effective. Always willing to help with knowledge and know how and a recommendation if they didnt stock the product themselves.I will keep Buco on my list of hardware shops.

Helpful and well informed staff. Everyone is friendly from the security to the managers. Great shopping experience. Got everything we wanted and more for less than expected.

Often a struggle to find what you need there even though it is shown online. Excuses are that different provinces offer different products. Hard to find staff on the floor for assistance.

First time, was pleasant, staff friendly and informative. Purchase without any hassles, ample parking.

They were open even before 8am on a Saturday morning. Warmly greeted on this chilly day and superb service. They helped wherever they could and assisted to take it all to the car. Even the pre-order was nobproblem - all well organized and sorted immediately!

Good prices and a shout out so sales person William for helping me so quick on Saturday with a Geyser.

This is a really well stocked wood shop. Impressed by the staff and quality of products. I can give them my cutting list and be assured the next day Ill have all my cupboard pieces exact to my measurements and ready to assemble.

One star, only because a zero star is not possible.2020 Was a terrible year for everyone. The forecast for 2021 is not much better. Then when you go to a shop (Saturday 30/01/2021) and the staff is already walking down the road at and the time is 12:56, you know business is not a priority. Then I get to the front door at 12:58 and I have to force my way into the shop, you know business is not a priority. Close of business is indicated as 13:00, that means 13:00 you close the door. Your business is not like the poor people from the liquor trade that have to comply with legislation, regulated and enforced by the SAP force.

Walked in looking for a rivit gun only to find no price tags. Walked up to guy wearing a bucu shirt and to ask assistance. He just ignored me and walked away. Rather poor customer service

I expected to wait. Got all done in 10 min including loading the material.

Compact store with good service

Terrible service even from the manager Etienne and salesperson Quentin, you advertise a product on the website, I call to check price and stock as website shows out of stock, Quentin says he can get it in 2days.I come there and price changed by almost R500, terrible and no solution from even the manager. They literally chase you away. I sent them the screenshot. Now I am the lying one.

My experience at BUCO Brackenfell, was pleasant. The staff were friendly and provided me with excellent customer service.

Treated me as if I am a dishonest person, changing opinion on return terms and unwilling to reason.My return was still sealed and a product they have on the floor, so they would have lost nothing by accepting a return. I did not ask for a refund, but had a list in my hand to buy products at them twice as much the value of the return.I left the item there, out of sight, out of mind !!Will not go back..

They stock a good range of hardware items. They also have a board cutting service and supply all the necessary accessories needed for DIY kitchen cupboards. Ready made cupboards also available for self assembly.

I wish to compliment Basil from Buco Brackenfell for his fine service!I returned to the branch as melamine boards and edging on the boards I had ordered was incorrectly done. Basil assisted me upon arrival and sorted out the issues promptly. Not even 20 minutes later I had the correct board cut and all the edging was redone.Thumbs up to the great service rendered!Well done Basil!

If you order online and need to call to query your, order, ask to speak to Dion, hes the man. The email address on your order confirmation doesnt work, the receptionist is rude and unhelpful and even tried to tell me the order number I had was wrong ( I was reading it from the email they sent) I was just about to pull my hair out when I finally managed to speak to Dion who sorted it in two minutes!

Nice view but problem are tools machine too few now I can buy bulk.

Good place it has everything.....But the guy that helped me had all the time in the world.. he would take personal calls and talk to hes work buddies while he supost to help me

Good variety of products and services. Always friendly and helpful. Just make sure you dont visit during peak traffic hours as the traffic here makes it difficult to leave (not Bucos fault)

Poor service, i was looking around the shop to find a door lock,could not find it after about 15min, only when i asked for help did they also try to find it wasting another 10min only to find they did not have it.Why could they not tel me they dont have it when i showed them a sample.

Terrible service. Couldnt deliver on simple cutting services. Calls never returned, measurements lost, was told Id taken delivery of items I hadnt picked up... eventually went in for a refund and not one manager in sight, nor has the overall store manager contacted me (as both the Saturday manager and assistants on the floor when I went in to do the refund promised would happen). Went to another DIY store and total cost of all the wood I needed was about half the cost Buco was happy to charge for appalling service and no delivery.
