An impressive new entrant on the Cape brewing scene. Good equipment, an experienced brewer, a good brand and good beers.

Just got to try the new - well, new-to-me - Ginnic gin&tonic pre-mix. Absolutely delicious! I may never bother to buy separate artisanal gin and tonic again!Noon Gun have got the balance on this blend of citrus and other botanical infusions just perfect. A sublime taste with just the perfect mild bitter finish. This is one to seek out (and drink!).

I love this brewery. Found them on Facebook, ordered 2 cases online, and their beer is top shelf. Looking forward to a visit there in December. The 18-Pounder IPA is a bomb, and noteworthy brew. Noon Gun: Beer of choice.

The team at Noon Gun is hard at work transforming a space upstairs at the brewery into a brewpub atmosphere with comfy seats and food. Even though I did not call ahead for an appointment, the manager brought me upstairs and introduced the brewmaster who proceeded to help me taste through the taps.The 4% session IPA (18-Pounder) is especially great and fill of flavor at a low ABV. Theres a 12% barleywine hanging out in bourbon barrels just waiting to be enjoyed in the coming months.The taproom with food should be fully operational in another few short months. This is out of the way, but you would definitely consider a stop once everything is open to the public.

Noon gun Brewery. I spoke to the Manager, Leonard,and he was a wealth of information. I walked into the reception and met him there. He was quite happy to chat to me and Also to show me the plant as well as the planned taproom. they do not yet have an onsite drinking license, but that should be in the bag in the near future. From the sample of their Oatmeal Stout, this brewery is going to be a big hit. Their brews are in selected stores and pubs. Besides the staple craft beers, they also have 2 gin and tonics, a pink gin mixed with rose water and a gin with a citrus flavoured tonic. They maintain the highest standard of sanitation, which is an automatic system. The whole plant is a wow factor because of all the development going on all the time. Their new bottling plant us in full operation now and was in full swing while I was there. In short, I was well received, shown around and given a sample of their wares. That tells me theyre serious about their customers.

Delicious beer and extremely fast delivery. I would recommend to anyone. The 18 Pounder IPA is especially good.

Its a fantastic new brewery. Been on the go for just short of year. Beers are great and locally made in Muizenberg!!!So looking forward to be able to enjoy the taproom when it is completed!
