Went in to get a piercing changed. All the staff were lovely and I was done in 5 mins. Paid cash for my new earring and must have overpaid as there was a bit of confusion between us when making the payment. They called me a few hours later to say that on cash-up they realised they were over and I could come in to get my change... For a small business at a time like lockdown to be so honest with their customers is UNHEARD of. Please support them... for their honesty, service and expertise!

Very disappointing. MUST READ before you go!!!So I made my appointment and sent an email describing what i want, Keagan Baselga (artist) replied that he will get started and sent me the consept for me to work on before we start. Day of arrival, nothing hase been done.He took a couple of hours to draw up something that I thought was basic and I was happy with it with the idea in mind that i could add to it later and create something worth while. So we continued...When we were done, I payed him a overpriced R3500 and gave him a R500 tip with one request... please send me my design so I could work on it afterwards.He just deleted it and replied on the email that his tablet was full so he doesnt keep things.It hase been 3 months since, with a lot of emails sent he cant even give me a date on my tuchups.If you are looking for good service, wrong place... or person.

I had a wonderful experience at Wildfire Piercing studio when I went to get two lobe and a flat cartilage piercing. The staff was super friendly and helpful and even though I was quite nervous they had me feeling at ease in no time. Chandre, who did my piercings, explained everything very well and made sure that I was relaxed and ready. I didnt feel rushed at all, she was brilliant and I experienced very little pain. Thank you to everyone there. I will definitely be back soon and also recommend Wildfire to others.

Literally Richard and Victoria are lifesavers. Please give them a promotion. Specifically, give Victoria a raise and promote Richard to paramedic with a raise. Just give Victoria more $$$$$$ because she deserves to be paid more. Body mod experts are legit.I unfortunately tried to take out my piercing by myself — DO NOT DO THAT. Came into Wildfire last minute — amazing service, both Richard & Victoria came to my rescue IMMEDIATELY! Super kind and genuine people who work there, highly recommend this shop to anyone! (just don’t take out your piercing by yourself. seriously. but if you do, know that you can always count on these people) Wow love you all will definitely be back!

I had a belly piercing done a few weeks ago and even though I am happy with the way it looks and heals I have the say that the experience was very disappointing. The lady seemed bothered that I dared to walk into the shop and she barely engaged with me. I found the service very poor and downright rude, thats not a way to treat customers. In addition to that the stone feel off the jewelry pice one week later. Poor quality and service for the price you pay.

Ive been here for two lobe piercings and two helix piercings. They used piercings I was allergic to even after telling them what I am allergic to. Ive also had a piercist tell me information that contradicted information given to me by a different piercist. They are friendly though and did help correct the mistakes that were made

Fantasic! There was a very intrique ear piercing I wanted that Jason showed me. Not only did he pierce it perfectly but he accomodated my schedule and worked with me very patiently. Hes an amazing piercer and more importantly, just a great guy :) highly recommend.

Great experience. I was in and out in 5 minutes to get a nose piercing. Sanitization stations in place and they check your temperature at the door.

I went for nipple piercings on the 14th of Jan 2020. And reception, was absolutely fantastic very helpful and welcoming. I was super sketch about getting, the piercing done but Tash the lady who pierced me made me feel super at ease. And it was not a painful experience at all.Thank you, for your awesome client ethics.I will definitely be coming back.

Stefan at the front desk was super helpful and and Tash who did the piercing made my 10 year old daughter feel really comfortable. She is very skilled. Ear piercing was quick and near painless. No tears! :)

I have 9 piercings and Ive gotten 7 of them done here. Really good service and friendly staff. Piercers are experienced and it barely hurts to get your piercing done here as a needle is used instead of a gun. If youre feeling a little adventurous, this is definitely the place to be. Prices are also quite fair.

The piercing technician was extremely friendly and clearly very good at her job, as my rook piercing did not hurt at all. I would recommend her services. The only down side is the obnoxious and incompetent receptionist who showed no interest in me, only in talking to her friends. She was rude when I brought up the fact that the prices on the website were lower than those that she quoted, and seemed to blame me for the fact that the website was out of date.

I loved the service and the lady who did my Septum piercing was very friendly and professional. I have exexperienced less pain.

Had a helix piercing for 7 years. Went it to have the bar replaced with a ring. Piercing artist put in a ring that was quite snug but insisted it was fine. 5 days later it had to be cut off by a docter because it was restricting bloodflow and was cutting into my ear.

Staff are always super helpful and professional. They opened the piercing needles in front of me and gave advice on whats best for me to help with the healing process.If you decide not to take their advice they still respect your decision but youll come back running to have the mess fixed and theyll be no less courteous.

Appalling lack of customer service and extremely unwelcoming to any first time peircers. Receptionist was rude and turned us away from their services. Instead of comforting, she was off putting and negative and scared us away.

Im very impressed with the service. I called 5 minutes before their last appointment and was told to come in. I had my belly pierced, it was fun and a wonderful atmosphere. Thanks Jason.

Really nice vibes, and very friendly piercer. Would have given it 5 🌟 if I wasnt told that their surgical steel piercings are completely nickel free by the receptionist when I called in, only to find out from the piercer that despite it being the highest grade of surgical steel it does contain a small percentage of nickel, which Im allergic to so I opted for titainuim instead , either than that the service was perfect.

Ive gotten my nipples pierced here(and yes, I am a guy, DO YOU WANNA TAKE THIS OUTSIDE? THOUGHT SO) anyway they treated me perfectly and their prices werent ridiculously over priced. The staff were friendly and seemed professional.

Definitely not the best place for a tattoo, the artists are unprofessional and do not have a good eye. They lack experience and cant even manage the simplest of tattoos. I have two very lop sided heart tattoos forever scarred onto me thanks to Wildfire Long Street.

The most amazing humans ever.

I had my nose pierced here with a stud and it went well. I then went back 9 months later when it was all healed to swap it out for a hoop instead. The lady in the shop was adamant in putting in the smallest hoop. However it was too tight for my nose and has now ripped the hole downwards and fits too tightly. It was incredibly painful to swap them and it was bleeding and is now, 4 days later still incredibly painful and inflamed
