They are honestly the best place to get a tattoo or piercing , they’re friendly and professional, i had my bellyring done there twice .The shop is always clean and organized, i also love the setup .Today i might return and get another piercing .

I went for peicing & they didnt have stock...I walked away disappointed but I was excited for him to get back to me soon as he promised. stock apparently had to arrive that afternoon. Im still waiting... Thats bad business. Following up with client is important.

Did a booking and appointment. Left my no. Got there 15 min before appointment. Left after a hour as the person that was supposed to help me never pitched up. Thats 2 weeks later and till now never received a call or nothing. Bad customer service.

I went here for my nose ring 2 years ago and had a pleasant experience. But I went again for my sisters piercing and the person that was doing it didnt make us feel comfortable or make the experience pleasant at all

So disgusted with the level of professionalism. My dad waited for an hour and a half and the artist did not have the decency to let him know that he is busy. I would never recommend this place to anyone!!!!
