The piercer here is preferred and quick. I got a nostril piercing done with no pain at all in about a minute. The prices are really good and I would definitely be going back.

Did my piercing on my nose but with appointment it was quick 🥰and painful 😪 obvious 🙄 but all was perfect no complain and its no longer pain full in 3days its healing perfectly

The piercer is very knowledgable with the body anatomy and explains the aftercare very thoroughly and also what is to be expected whilst your piercing is healing. I have had numerous piercing procedures done here including the tongue, belly, web, smiley, septum and earlobes - which all healed beautifully, thanks to the piercers expertise.However I would NOT suggest that you stretch your ears here! Rather educate yourself enough that you feel comfortable doing it yourself. I bought a taper much too big for stretching at the size I was at and the piercer informed me of this but continued with a dry stretch, knowing well that Id walk out with a blowout - rather than allowing me to swop out for a smaller sized taper because I had just bought the piece of jewellery in their store before my appointment.There is a wide selection of beautiful body modification jewellery in store at a fair fee though - very nicely displayed with its pricing. The staff is generally familiar with most things regarding what the store has and what can be recommended to their client basis but do make sure that what you are buying is correct as you are not able to exchange jewellery once you have purchased and left their store due to strict hygienic reasons.

I always buy my piercings and do all my piercings at this place and never had a bad experience before and always ended up coming backBut a few days ago my boyfriend went to buy me a few piercings where I specifically told him what I wanted on a voicenote.. after he bought the items I then saw it was the wrong items that I asked forI then went back probably a few min later after the sale and asked if I could change the piercings for a specific size, they told me No unfortunately they did ask him if he was sure before he bought the piercings as he can not return them..( firstly how do you ask someone if his sure if you are telling him what to buy after his specifically telling you what he wants)I complained about the sizes he was actually looking for they explained to me that unfortunalty it wont work on that specific piercing ( Ive been buying piercings there for years and experimenting with the piercing sizes I know exactly what I was asking for)I paid R267 for stuff I wont use because I basically have 5 of the same sizes prior to the ones I bought that nightI was actually really frustrated I just wanted to get out that store as what I was asking and explaining was irrelevant

The lady who does the piercing is very friendly but one of the girls in front was really impatient.Hope she will have better days ahead where she is more friendly with customers, I know life can wear one down.

Although I do majority of the time get bad customer service from the employees that work in the shop. The lady who does the piercings is amazing, I had all my piercings done there, and shes always professional and always answers any questions you might have. She called me back after a not so great customer service experience and apologized for that and also informed me really nicely regarding a specific piercing. If you dont worry about customer service too much. I recommend getting pierced by this lady shes awesome and the service you get from her is always top notch!

I had a cheek piercing done before.. and I went to them to change my bar. The customer service is excellent. She replaced my bar which was not correct size for the said piercing. I would certainly recommend them.

Must say. Ive had all my peircing and tattoos done by 1 artist whom i trust wifh my life so was sceptical when i went to this establishment for another peircing. I would not recommend this store to anyone. I was given the run around when i enquired about a piercing. Was asked to come back in an hour as the lady who does the piercings will only be back then. Had to hang around in the mall only to be told on my return that she will actually not be back. Bad customer service
