I have called Rapid Sport on the number provided on google and had a few enquiries, products and parking over the weekends etc. I have had nothing but a awesome experience. The lady that helped me was very knowledgeable and friendly. Their prices are also very reasonable for quality products. I would definitely recommend them. Proudly South African #supportlocal

PLEASE NOTE ALL READING THIS!!Cycle Factory may or may not even exist.. the online buying DOES NOT EXIST.. I have called the numbers, I have visited 2 loacations apparently they are situated at.. the reviews I find false and misleading.. they seem to have good stock and pricing.. no one has ever contacted me back, I have reported it to google, Hello Peter and several Ombudsman business platforms to investigate.. if you search Bicycle parts South Africa, this is a occasional option wich is ridiculous as it is misleading.Please be warned.

This is how I wish all my shopping experiences would play out. A warm, genuinely friendly greeting from people who are clearly invested in their store. Amazing customer service, incredible knowledge and unbelievably good value for money.I have found the cost of kids cycling gear to be scary, especially when they grow out of it in half an hour. 😄 Rapid has a great range of kids gear at fantastic prices. I will be a frequent shopper from now on.Parking in the street is a challenge but whilst under Covid restrictions, if you phone ahead, there is access to free, secure parking.

Really top top quality skiing clothes & gear at this place and they have the best prices in South Africa by a long shot! Not only is the clothes & gear great but the service is equally as good. Phillip (the owner) went well out of his way to get my goods delivered up to JHB for me within one day of placing my order and making payment as i had limited time to receive them. Their tailoring of clothes is also fine work and i would recommend this shop/business to anyone that is looking for this kind of gear and clothes. If i could i would have given them more stars!
