Good quality furniture

Bought a couch from them mid Jan and the sales consultant did not inform me that the material was out of stock. I phoned the store yesterday to find out what the estimated date of delivery will be and they told me I will only receive my couch in April if they receive the material. It’s called communication and they surely don’t have it. The lady also told me even if I change my material it will still take 6 to 8 weeks. Very unhappy

You know, the furniture itself is not bad. And the staff on the floor are friendly. Unfortunately, as a collective, Coricrafts after-sale service has been terrible. Dont expect to walk away with the product you want the same day, week, or month. I placed an order in January and it is still not here in April. Thats 3 months Ive been waiting. Why? Because they delivered a substandard product the first time and had to reschedule construction. And on top of that, the staff have not answered my phone calls and questions reliably. They constantly seems to be confused or unable to reach the people that can help. There have just been one too many mistakes and, honestly, its just plain disappointing.

The furniture piece we ordered was substandard. So they said they will come repair the item, but only 4 weeks from the time we received the item. Once they have the money in their account, the service standard goes down the drain
