All round superb service. Albert, who was very knowledgeable helped us choose a new mattress. Dawn then called us the next day to confirm the delivery. The following morning, the new mattress arrived and the old one was taken. All of this took place under 48 hours 👌

Bought a bed... only for a few days later a special being put on the bed where I couldve saved R700. I especially asked the salesman at the time if there were any specials in the near future and he informed me it was already marked down so there was no special to follow - however a special happens a week later. I havent even taken delivery of my bed yet but have paid an inflated price for the bed. Usually got my beds from dialabed but never again as theres been no accurate communication or customer assistance in adjusting the price as I havent taken delivery.

Wonderful experience at this branch, Mark was knowledgeable and extremely patient explaining all the brands to me. They also delivered my bed accross the country, were efficient and punctual. Very happy with my purchase! Thank you!
