Great place to get appliances and furniture. Sales assistants always have great advice and are speedy and helpful. Mine went out of her way to get me same day delivery as my fridge was on the fritz. Prices are good. Can definitely recommend.

Everytime I pop in here I am reminded why I always land up at Bellville branch. Went in last week to check out a convection microwave. Sales staff just dawdling around while I perused for about 10 minutes. Made my purchase yesterday at Bellville branch through a very enthusiastic sales person.

Thank you so much to Karin in Major Appliances who went above and beyond to assist us today.Our fridge packed up, we phoned and checked if they had stock and could deliver same day (Saturday) even though they normally couldnt she checked with the warehouse and if we could get there by 10 they could wait for us. We got to the store just after 9am, looked at a few different models, chose the one we liked, paid and it was delivered by 12am.A great store, all staff really attentive and helpful and thanks again to Karin for making a plan to save our day.

Bought a lovely defy new york series 5 burner stove🤩it was cheapest there!!Even tried my luck and got a a further R150 off,and a tub is soap powder balls.Lets hope they deliver on Tuesday as promised.

They sell a huge variety of household items and are reasonably priced.

They have furniture I need and I bought a lot of their furniture. I would like to buy more but I cant because they dont offer a lay buy then I buy from furniture stores that offers lay buy. For instance, I just saw a nice TV stand from their store but I cant buy it because they offer a lay buy.

Terrible service!!!!! Was kept waiting while sales person (who didnt know about her products) kept disappearing to find out answers to my questions, on 3 or 4 occasions. She showed a distinct lack of interest whether we were going to buy something or not. I went there ready to buy built in appliances to fit out my new kitchen and walked out empty handed. I will not shop here again.

Had a nice selection, including some surprising but welcome complete solution items like bedding to go with beds, and the only electronically adjustable bed-frame Ive seen for sale across a range of furniture stores. The staff was willing and available to assist without being pushy.

Furniture prices are great, but service can be better. My cell number was taken down incorrectly for a delivery. I only discovered that because I made a 2nd purchase. Several items on sale that didnt display the discount price.

Eish, the staff are hit and miss but I guess good help is hard to come by and keep. Anyway, found a stove and some other deals.

The North Island store is very well laid out. They have very and well knowledgable staff about the products that they sell. Staff very supportive and assist with any help asked for putting together products that need assembly and the customer is not sure as to how to do this. The lady assistant that was very helpful to me was Washiela, she was very, very patient as I was unsure of what make of item that I was looking for, as the store has a very large range. I will always go back to this store in future when looking for household items.

We generally start here for household appliances and audio /TV. The last time we were there we were very particular about what we wanted, they were patient with us and there was a good outcome. We will definitely continue to start there. The doorman that was on duty was especially thoughtful and helpful, which is not what one normally expects!
