I received outstanding service from the manager, Bruce. I had a problem with a bed base which I bought from this branch recently and informed Bruce about it. He exchanged it for something better and with no hassles at all. Ill highly recommend this branch to anyone, in particular, due to the service from this manager. What a wonderful bunch of men working at The Bed Centre in Kenilworth. Such caring service making sure I chose the correct one in my price range. And they were even having a Sale. A friend of mine also bought a bed recently from a different company. She is over 70 and was told that they could deliver it to her house but due to Covid they couldnt come inside. I am on crutches with a lot of pain. I asked them if when they deliver could they bring inside remove the old mattress and take it down 2 flights of stairs. They did not hesitate and said it would be a pleasure. They did the delivery the same day and they were even willing to put the put the mattress protector on. I cannot believe how high and heavy, yet heavenly and comfortable and supportive it is. I would like to thank them for their 5 star service. If you need a bed, dont waste time shopping around. Just head to The Bed Centre.

Good customer service. I bought a new bed from them and struggled to adjust to it. I contacted them and they recommended I give the bed more time (takes 30-90 days to adjust to a new mattress) which I did but to no success. I wasnt sleeping, hadnt slept well in so long I felt I was going crazy. I began to worry that I was stuck with the mattress (warranty) but I re-connected with Bruce who kindly and promptly sorted everything out for me. My very firm mattress was swapped with a softer one and I have slept very well since then. Thank you Bed Centre!

Dear KevinWarm greetings to you.I have been desperately trying to sort the legs of a bed purchased as a gift to my 91 year old MOM, who has been away since March, but is due to arrive in November 2020.I was in contact with the Joburg head Office (covid online plan). I was asked for invoices that I did not have; photos; an affidavit and then was given a ridiculous cost for ``warranty and delivery of base of a perfectly good base. Even after negotiations, and reductions, the cost was high.Thankfully, I recollected that I had contacted the BED CENTRE in 2017 (Claremont) and BRUCE provided super support. A new base was delivered with minimal cost as the bed was under warranty.I sent an email to BRUCE and he promptly responded. He explained that he will make contact with the relevant team, provide the supporting documents and keep me posted about the plan of action.True to his word, BRUCE was on it. By Friday, last week, I was notified that Mondays week, his team will be in to assist and sort out the legs to the bed. BRUCE called me this morning to inform me that the team would be at my place at 1.00 midday. HOUSTON ENGEL and MUEED SAKELDIEN arrived on time; and within 10 minutes sorted out the legs of the bed....like MAGICIANS!I have taken time to write to you because I have been SUPER IMPRESSED with BRUCE AND HIS TEAM. Someone who listens with THE HEART; THINKS ABOUT A GOOD SOLUTION AND ACTS WITH SPEED AND EFFICIENCY, is a GEM! My belief in SEALY has been re-established because of BRUCE AND HIS TEAM.
