Great service and received my new bed a few days after I ordered.

I recently ordered a bed from Cheryl. I have a very ill family member and when the factory informed me of a delay in production, it was so disappointing, as the bed was ordered to help make this person more comfortable. But then, Cheryl came to the rescue, going out of her way to ensure that I have a loan until my product arrives. Cheryl, you are generous, honourable, and efficiently reliable. Rare qualities in business these days, and I am MORE than grateful. Highly recommended store.

Reading the other reviews, mine is distinctly not so favorable. My wife and I visited the store, chose our mattress, and paid on Friday 10 July. Cheryl told us it would be delivered within 10-14 days. On day 13 I called to ascertain progress and Cheryl said it would be today or tomorrow. Ive since had an email from Cheryl to say it is in production and will be ready early next week. This is not great service as I had to initiate a call to find out - there was no follow-up from Cheryl to advise us it was delayed beyond due date, and next week could mean Friday which will be 3 weeks. Not very satisfactory.I have since had delivery after Kevin (owner) contacted me & told me that the factory had COVID-19 delays, so it appears the communication was not correct. The mattress ordered is very comfortable and Kevin’s service was excellent!
