I wont recommend this salon to people especially for natural hair. The staff are extremely rude, they insulted people including me and humiliate people thinking that they are better than other people. I have a sensitive 4c natural hair and I asked them in a nice manner not to combed my hair too hard and not put to much heat ,but they did not listen and did whatever they wanted to do . I hated the way they combed my hair, they were not gentle, they combed it so hard that my hair started to break. I am so dissatisfied. I wont come here again and thanks for ruining my day

Whoever answers the phone is highly unprofessional and seems disinterested in assisting you. I wanted to try this salon out but from the treatment I received over the phone, I am not so sure.
