It is so convenient for me to get a pedi, facial or massage at Sorbet Paddocks and I genuinely enjoy my time in the salon. The staff are so welcoming and friendly with good knowledge about the product ranges they offer. This is definitely my favorite Sorbet store.

Went with my daughter for a pedicure. I was always a fan of Sorbet and have previously reviewed them glowingly. The staff were super friendly and the shop Covid - 19 compliant. We had a fabulous time however both our polish immediately scuffed (we had sandals on and as usual, took care), polish lost its shine, chipped the next day and had dents. Not what I was used to.My e mails to Sorbet were not read properly or understood in my opinion. I queried, (due to my many previous long lasting manicures and pedicures) whether their products or method of application had changed. The final response.Thank you for your email. The procedure across the group for a manicure is the same. However we use different Brands of polish and even within different brands the textures and results differ between colours therefore its longevity is not guaranteed.So now to decide if I give another branch another try or move to their competitors...

I have been to many different Sorbets around Cape Town, this one is one of the best Ive been to, every single time they have been helpful, friendly and patient, providing excellent standard of their services. Always treating you as a professional friend, I thought it was one specific beautician, but I have had the same quality service and friendliness from every lady who works there. Keep it up!

My previous birthday experience was excellent. This time around:1. Too noisy2. Too expensive3. Staff not too friendly and no smiles. Only after I mentioned, did some change their attitude.4. The nail lady did not listen to what I asked for with my nails. She had to redo which made my nails very short. Yet I still had to file away the sharp corners of my nails myself.5. I had to ask for the manager when the lady refused to at least wash off the nail dust. Or even for some hand lotion!6. 3 of the 4 varnishes I chose was too thick and smudged easily.5. The rounding off over the nail edges with the varnish was not done properly.6. I had to wait a couple of days for another appointment to have the varnished redone. Yet no washing off of old stuff.7. The same thing occurred with too thick varnishes.8. The salmon colour smudged at home and the edges was not done properly.9. No more visits to the Paddocks branch for me, thank you very much. I only went because of the birthday voucher.10. I am of the opinion that the ladies were overbooked, which causes stress which results in half a job/low quality jobs.11. Again more expensive than other local nail shops.

A professional, well organized and punctual salon. You are made to feel welcome the moment you arrive. The staff are friendly and nothing is too much trouble. There is a very special vibe in this salon as everybody is happy to help each other to give guests the best experience ever. Very few salons have such great camaraderie with their therapists - well done to you all!

By far my favourite Sorbet and the best nail place in Milnerton by miles. The ladies are professional and thorough and really listen to what clients want. They give good advice with an emphasis on what is best for the client rather than what will make them the most money, which I really appreciate.

Wonderful beauty salon. I always go to Brunette for my waxes - super friendly and sweet. Conveniently situated. Never been disappointed. You get cheaper priced places out there but do yourself a favour... pay that extra few ZAR and enjoy quality results.

Of all of the Sorbets I have visited, this one is a gem. The parking outside in the mall area is easy and ample. I struggled locating the Sorbet beauty parlour though, since their signage is very confusing inside and doesnt make sense at all. However, once you find it, you will be glad youre there. I visited the best Sorbet therapist Ive ever been to. Her name is Danielle and she is really excellent - go make an appointment with her!

Very impressed with the Sorbet Paddocks staff, previous clients ran into my appointment time but the staff did everything they could to accommodate me and make sure I was happy. Esty did a fabulous job on my nails and I highly recommend her as well as Sunett(Im sure was her name) who did my eyebrows just the way I wanted. I will definitely be back!

This store and these ladies are great. It is ALWAYS a pleasure getting my treatments done here. The only advice I would givev them is that even though Ive been to the store numerous times they keep asking for my cellphone number, surely if I ve booked there before they should already have it. it gets quite annoying having to repeat myself every time I make an appointment.

My wife had a good experience but I did not.The receptionist does not do the bookings correctly and dont even remember what one order.I had to go for a pedi only with buff and massage of feet...Well... My nails wasnts buffed and no massaging as she booked the quick pedi.Total confusionWent to many Sorbets before... Will never return to this one. SorryFriendliness doesnt make up for compentance
