This place is unprofessional, the owner James included. i had a booking for 9 this morning arrived and was told the lady has a crisis but i must leave and they will call me as soon as she arrived. James had to go fetch his lady in Town and nobody called back, the lady who refused to give me her name and she is running the place has no customer service and is plain rude THEY should not advertise such companies on WIKIDEALS worse ever, I booked time off from work and they just did not care , my colleague also had a terrible unprofessional experience at this place

I did Microblading this morning with HFG Trends and it is not what I asked for. The brows are huge and uneven and the shape is nothing like the picture I showed her or what she drew prior the cutting process. She did a really bad job and clearly an amateur. I am freaking out and I dont know what to do. I am looking into tattoo removals as we speak. It is a really painful experience and to come out looking like this is a big disappointment. They dont even deserve the one star
