Would not recommend having your nails done at this salon. If you’re going for threading and waxing 100% recommend as they’re really good. I called Naz Beauty to find out they would be able to do a gelish soak off, they said yes and I made my way to the spot.We started the process and at that point I realized that she doesn’t have all the equipment necessary to do the job. Nonetheless I decided to give it a shot as I needed the soak off. The whole process was rushed because there were more clients for threading and waxing and I had to wait in between her doing threading and my nails. Long story short. I left there with my fingers bleeding. My cuticle skin was filed off and was extremely painful. On some nails the gel nail polish was still present and not removed properly. My nails that were cut were cut skew and not properly filed. The gel tips on my nails were not properly filed down and was still very visible. At this point I just wanted to leave as my fingers were bleeding and my nails and hands looked terrible. I got home and had to file my own nails to remove the gel tips and to file the nails straight. Very disappointed with the service. Definitely not a good place to have your nails done or even just a soak off.
