The nail techs were very professional and very thorough. Very happy with the end result and their flexibility in the situation.Shout out to the lovely front desk lady who was courteous and attentive throughout the time I was there.All social distancing and sanitizing protocols were followed during the visit.

My girlfriend had to wait an hour and forty minutes, wile having a time appointment, because someone was running very late with a previous client and could not bother to call and worn her that she can come much later rather then waiting in the Mall for such a long time! Bad service!

Nails turned out great but the service wasnt. The nail technician nicked a chunk of skin that caused my finger to swell and scab. She was very nonchalant about it too.

What an amazing experience we had (well...my girlfriend had). The staff is so warm, receptive, and finely attuned to your care from the moment you make a booking to service delivery. They treated us like royalty... Complimentary wines, WiFi, cozy setup. This place is great. Totally got my moneys worth.

Wow !! I have been to different Salons but ManiPedi Blueroute, definitely the best. I have been assisted without an appointment by the lovely receptionist and had the best Pedi experience from the lady technician named Abigail. I will most definitely recommend this Salon to many. Keep up the good work ladies!!!

This establishment or should I say front staff did not make me feel welcome. The lady who did my pedi was wonderful. They should have people at reception who actually smile.

Me an my daughter did our nails today, i was offered coffee and said yes, half way through i noticed the cup was not washed properly the old coffee rings was at different levels in the cup. I was sooo discussed with this, on top of that my daughter was over charged with R160 on asking Kayla to rectify this the response was i will sort it out later, my daughter then requested that it be sorted out immediately, her response was theres nothing i can do now i will do it Monday.My daughter explained that she will be leaving on Monday.... Is it so wrong to apologize and try to rectify a mistake. Never going to see us again

I paid R300 for a mani with gel-ish and the outcome was HORRIBLE!! EwwMy appointment was at 2pm and they had clearly overbooked and were understaffed,I waited around for a spot to clear up almost 30mins later.the woman who did my nails was unskilled and was not clear about what I had asked for, Anyway 🙄

Loved the pedi

I was very disappointed with my time there. I had a soak off and Gel polish one of the machines that is used for the curing process was faulty resulting in one my nails not cured and she had redo the process.The young lady cut one of my nail right down to the nail bed. Finally I was very unhappy to find gel on my skin .......not very professional at all.
