I wasn’t always a Sorbet girl but received vouchers for my birthday. I had the most amazing pedicure Ive had in ages and my nails look stunning. The staff were warm and friendly and made one feel very at ease. I love how they instinctively clean and sterilize their equipment after each use. Will definitely recommend anyone to go try them out.

I have been to Sorbet Durbanville twice. The fist time was for a full body Swedish massage. The massage was adequate, but the room was right next to the open plan manicure and pedicure area, so it was very noisy. The massage was supposed to be an hour long, but was over after 45 minutes.Today was my second visit. My sister, who is visiting me from Namibia, went with me. We both went for pedicures, hoping to share a relaxing experience.Again, our treatments were shorter than expected. The therapist who did my sisters feet, had extremely long nail extensions. This made the exfoliating and massage much less enjoyable.When she filed my sisters heels, she filed her leg as well, leaving long red scratches on her leg. I feel this is totally unacceptable.Lastly, we were made to feel very uncomfortable while she told us at length how she really did not feel like coming to work today, how many times she snoozed her alarm, and how she would refuse to work on new years day, as she needs that time to rest.Neither therapist introduced themselves or wore name tags.I dont think I will go back soon.

The beautician was fantastic and handled my frail nails so gently without me even needing to ask. Thanks Wasima ! Friendly demeanours from all that I dealt with :-)

Was disappointed today, I have made an appointment more than a week ago for French gel on my toes and when I arrived they did not have the white gel. Surely you need to plan, especially when someone specifically asked for French on the phone when booking.

Professional, friendly and super helpful staff. Got a great mini-mani and -pedi today. Would recommend, and as a sidenote - would like to thank the staff who went out of their way to help me look for my ring (even when it turned out it was in my clothes the whole time).

Complaint of shoddy work and unsettling experience not followed up a week later .Cant get hold of them for 2 days. Voice mailbox full. No answer.

Love your new store! Friendly staff,accommodating and good vibe. Cant believe that someone would rate you one star due to you not answering ur phone...I know of other shops in the new center who had phone line problems. They should apologize to you as it has nothing to do with your service....the matter was beyond your control(problem phonelines) I wish you nothing but success. I am in the service industry myself and HATE it when public think its ok to rate you low on Google or Facebook when they have not even tried to make contact in other ways-forms....email,Facebook messenger,wazz app,etc.
