Degrading and simply rude customer service towards customers. Not very interested in teen/young adults and highly do not recommend.

Unfortunately my therapist seemed to be completely inexperienced. Within the first few minutes of my long awaited pedicure, she cut my nail down the the quick and actually drew blood, at which point I got up to leave. I asked the receptionist to inform the franchisee to call me to discuss, that was 3 days ago!
