WORST EXPERIENCE. I have been waxing for years and I have never experienced this level of unprofessionalism and incompetence in a therapist. I received a BURN below both of my eyebrows. Woke up with swollen and puffy eyes. The therapist also missed so many of my hairs I may as well have tweezed myself. Even after asking her over and over again she missed hairs. Will definitely go in today to show them the SCARRING they have left behind on my face.

Had the best experience at Enigma, Roxanne and the rest of the team was amazing. Great COVID protocols in place, I felt relaxed and enjoyed my facial so much. Warm, friendly staff. You are always welcomed with a smile. They send reminders of appointments 24 hours in advance. They offer advice on specific problems you may be having, and theres no attempt to upsell services or pressure you into buying expensive products. My monthly visit to Enigma is always something I look forward to. Cant recommend them highly enough!
