Extremely disappointed in this place. I bought a deal on daddies deals for a Keratin hair treatment. The Lady then messaged me on whatsapp to confirm appointment times etc. On the voucher it states that there will be a surcharge for longer hair. And the voucher only covers short to medium. I considered mine medium. But obviously, Im not a hairdresser so I dont know. What annoyed me was that the lady requested a picture of my hair, I sent it. And NOTHING was mentioned that my hair would inccur a surcharge. Got to the hairdresser, only to find out that Ill be paying much extra. Even though the lady had previously seen my hair and didnt say anything about it. Im now trying to get a refund, because I didnt take the service. And this lady refuses to refund me even though no service was rendered. I feel cheated.

Very unprofessionals they booked 3 of us at the same time knowing they only had one dryer for botox treatment I had to wait 1 and a half hours just for my hair to be washed. The lady first had to go for a break before starting with me the last one. 2 hours later. Not once any of us was offered something to drink. We where informed that we are going to have to pay more for extra product. My one friend paid R500 extra. I feel we where scammed.

Most horrible experience. The place doesnt look at all like the advertised pics. The receptionist is rude n lack communication skills. I spent 4h there in compare with the 1h30min as advertised on Daddys Deals fr the Brazilian treatment . I left with wet hair because I couldnt wait any longer. It was overbooked. There was only one hairstylist on duty who never took a break while I was there. Half of the hairdresser is a clothing shop . When the receptionists who is the owner took a break the hairstylist had to see to customers in the shop. I was charged an extra half of what I paid for my voucher and the customer thatcame after was charged extra too. The one star is fr the hairstylist Giovanni who was working her but off.

Irectly into the salon she would give me the same deal. firstly got to the Salon i waited an hour to be seen to even though i had appointment, when my treatment was done she ended up charging me R600.00, 2 days later i washed my hair and saw no difference whatsoever and immediately informed her that i was unhappy, she then advised i come to the salon to see my hair, i didnt understand the concept but i went regardless only for her to ask me to come another time as shes fully booked and wont be able to see my hair at that time, AGAIN i went there the second time for her to see my hair (which meant she wanted to wet my hair to see how it dried apparently) got to the salon and she WASNT THERE AND FORGET TO LET ME KNOW, so at this point me as the unhappy client i had driven to the salon twice after i was disappointed and she didnt even have the decency to let me know they has left early! anyway that same day i then just requested a full refund because i was so upset and rightfully so, she then apologized on WhatsApp and agreed to redo my treatment and suggested i come the end of March. i contacted her on the 18/03/2021 to ask when i should come for my redo, i asked her probably more than 4 times and she kept saying shes fully booked or her stylist needs to leave a certain time not being accommodating to me as the client at all even though we had agreed for the end of march, my question to her was why are you booking yourself full knowing you have an arrangement with me for a redo and she couldnt answer me but at this stage i dont want a treatment as i have lost complete faith in her and the business and want a full refund and shes now refusing, please can i have this issue resolved asap.

I had a very bad experience at this salon. I went for highlights in my hair and they said they can do it. They also said that the highlifter wont wash out of my hair. I did 2 washes in 1 week (after the highlights was done) and the highlights has faded, and is washed out. Really, took one week for my hair to be washed out. They also only took a few pieces of hair when they did the highlights and to top it off didnt have the foil to roll my hair in the first place. I should have known what unprofessional service I would get. I also made contact with Bella Donna Hair salon to explain to them what happend, one week later and I even sent clear pictures to them, where they acknowledge it is washed out. But no, they cant help or compensate which means all the money I spent which wasnt really cheap was wasted and Bella Donna couldnt be bothered. I am so disappointed that they doing absolutely nothing to rectify this. I am not someone to complain but I feel completely robbed. I trusted them with my hair and for doing that makes me very unhappy. Also the lady that manages the place is extremely unprofessional she called me to want to scream in my ear to get her point across.I would definitely not recommend this service to anyone who wants to have their hair highlighted. #dissapointed

Shihaam the Stylist is Brilliant🙌🏼. The seems to have over booked that particular day so I sat from 3:45pm until 8:15pm 😟. Other than that the prices seem reasonable.

The treatments truly work, its a definite me-to-me spoil for all females.

Nice and comfortable Salon, I was offered coffee or tea. I had a Botox hair treatment, my hairdresser was very hands on, and professional. She was so gentle I dozed off while she was doing my hair. I would definitely recommend them.

For people confused. There is Bella Donna facing Sportsmans warehouse, they do nails and hair. Then the Bella Donna Clinic is facing the M5 around the corner in the hospital. They do laser treatments. I did laser lipo around stomach and lost 3cm in 1 sitting (30 mins). I also did laser skin treatment which should help with acne, wrinkles and discoloring. I can see a tiny difference so I am very excited to see how it looks after I do all my sessions. They are very busy, definitely book sessions.

Bella Donna Clinic omw what an unprofessional manager. She should go for quite a few lessons in customer service. How do you treat customers so terribly and expect them to endure your rudeness.

I had laser hair removal at the clinic and it did NOT work. I had 6 sessions and my hair grew back straight away. What a waste of money!!!
