I had a mild dermalogica peel and was told the therapist was trained to deal with this , that was not the case at all ! I have burns on my forehead , told the therapist it was burning and she said “ it’s not 5 minutes yet “ ( I am a red head with sensitive skin which was communicated to her) Went back to show them only to be told “ yes those are burns “ asked to speak to a manager or owner and was then told they don’t like to be disturbed over the weekend . Very disappointed as I have been going to the salon at constantia for many years with the previous owner . Never had such lack of interest or concern from a therapist . Would not recommend them.

A disappointing experience unfortunately. My nails were not properly prepared for the gelish and it starting peeling off the very same day. No solution was offered when I called.

Michelle is professional and does a great facial. To be able to relax it would be good to have music during treatment to block the talking in reception.

Really disappointed. Had to remove mani and pedi the day after as it was badly applied and smudged. The room smelled like food and the bed was full of wax (previous person). Also they offered a duvet cover as a cushion without a cover and it had stains all over.
