I ordered ball bearings from Silkuni for a photography shoot. Due to lock down I had to get a courier to pick up the balls. This was arranged with Silkuni before hand. When the courier arrived for the ball bearings Silkuni were not ready, so the courier had to leave and come back the next day. When the ball bearings did eventually arrive late for the shoot they were rusty. I wrote Silkuni an email explaining the situation and they never got back to me.

I have been to this store on more than one occasion. I always seem to end up speaking to Marcus and I just have to leave this review to say how impressed I am with his eagerness to assist and help! He went out of his way today! Really great service!
