Slow service and stock inconsistent

Their service is very very poor, Im extremely disappointed, their sales persons are not up to standard at all... Ive asked one of their sales persons to supply me with a very common fan-belt/pully-belt, he went to the store & disappeared, he never came back, after waiting nearly 25 minutes I kindly asked a different sales person to please assist me, as he was playing on his cellphone, he just looked up to me & said, we are busy so I continued to wait for the first sales person to return, for I urgently needed that belt & was desperate... after waiting nearly 40 minutes in total, I got into my vehicle & left... Extremely weak...
