This barber shop provides a wonderful service. Best weve found so far for our son, who has since he was a baby, been terrified of haircuts. Expect service excellence from these certified Barbers. Client focused and accommodating. Workplace approved salon by Services Seta and linked with an training academy. Happy to say theyre in it for the long run, not just another quick buck shop.

If I could I would give this place 0 stars, I have been experimenting with barbershops in the Kuils River area and let me tell you if you are looking for a good barbershop this is not the place for you, the cut was horrific. After my haircut I had to go to a different barbershop just to get my hair fixed. You will never see me in a Black Tie chair ever again.

Awesome experience. Everything exactly as I asked for. Had my first proper barber hot towel shave as well, something new for me and would do again. Friendly environment were anyone would feel relaxed and comfortable.

Took my son for a hair cut , English cut.But long , mom took him back in 5min.Think my son coming shorter version of a english cut , nope not all - get a number 4.Miss communication of barber and my mom and I can accept thatBut if a Barber cant even cut a number 4 properly, than there a problem huge one.Long pieces of hair, short pieces sticking out all over.Not inpressed at all.Whent back ,to ask him if he thinks this is acceptable no one there @ 16.37pm on 10 March 2020.Door closed.Peak time of the day .....You have my number - I Want a refundTo pay R100 for trainee type of cut , Not on.Will I Go back - never - will I recommend any of my family and friends - never

Nr 1 yes at first I had a disagreement with the barber on what he did, but by communicating with him that was sorted out very quickly and professionally and it came out even better. The second time was even more special, I showed a picture and after a full facial, hot towel close shave and even colouring to my beard and hair, this came out AWESOMELY. I have learned to talk and communicate with the barber and sort out before problems comes in. They are aawesome bunch of guys and the vibe is awesome. Thank you Black Tie, we will see you very soon.
